I just wanted to let you readers know that this is a short, humorous tale I wrote way back when I was in high school. It was part of an English creative writing project that I really enjoy. I have always loved English. Anyway, it always gave one of my sisters a laugh, so I thought I should give you guys a chance to giggle (or laugh, or snort, or roll your eyes . . .) So----
// Just let them read it already. It's not like it's a major novel or anything. //
** Darn it Leo, must you always interrupt? You don't always have to throw in your penny. **
// Actually, it's two cents. //
** It wasn't worth that much. **
// < Silence > //
** Okay, that came out a little harsh. Forgive me? **
// < Give cold shoulder > //
** I made jalapeno poppers. < Dangles food from fingers. > **
// < Snatches food. > Fine, but don't do it again. Next time will cost you a whole meal. < Munches.> //
Well, I divided it into parts so there would be more obvious breaks in the story. We'll see how it turns out. So enjoy!
