"I'm sorry," Auston said looking at his friend. Mitch is currently staring at the ground, thinking about everything. "I should have kept my feelings to myself, I let my jealousy get to me." He continued.

Silence filled the apartment. The heated tension was strong.

"Yeah I know you should have." Mitch snapped, balling his fists until he had white knuckles. I placed my hand on his back. He looked me in the eyes with sadness.

He finally looked back at Auston. "I'll forgive you,"

Auston smiled at Mitch thanking him. "I'm only doing this because we play together." Mitch blankly stated.

Back at my apartment playing truth or dare with my friends Riley, Haley, and Abby.

"Ok, Sam. Truth or dare?" Riley asked.

"Dare!" I yelled half drunk.

"What happened between you and Chris? I mean Clay." She asked slurring her words.

"I can't," I said with a hiccup.

"Do it or take another shot." Riley replied wanting to know what happened.

"Fine." I replied with another hiccup.

*flash back*

Back when I was dating Clay, we had sex, and I got pregnant. He didn't want me to tell anyone definitely not Mitch. I promised not to tell anyone. One day after school Mitch and I where studying Canadian Government, he had to use the bathroom,

I forgot that the test was on the counter, he came out with the test.

"Is this yours?" he asked pain in his voice.

I couldn't look him in the eyes. I felt a dip in the bed next to me. He put his hands on the side of my head so I would look at him.

"Is that test yours?" He asked again.

I was looking at him, knowing he is disappointed. I know he knows the answer.

"Yes," I said my voice cracking. Tears start falling out my eyes.

"Does Clay know?" He questioned.

I shaking my head yes. "Does he want the baby?" I questioned again.

Crying harder because I know Mitch is going to be mad at Clay.

He got the answer, he was angry and left storming out my room.

"No!" I screamed running after him.

Trying to pull him back so he won't go after my boyfriend and his brother. But I wasn't strong enough.

He got in his truck and drove off to his house. I ran to his house just as Mitch got there.

"Stop! Please!" I yelled pleading for him to not do anything.

He yanked open the door as Clay was walking down the stairs. Mitch rolled up his long sleeved jacket and punched him square in the jaw.

I was stuck frozen behind Mitch. Clay fell back now sitting on the stairs holding his jaw. Bonnie run into the front room from the kitchen.

"What's going on!" She yelled at her sons.

"Clay got Sam pregnant!" He said glaring at his younger brother. I was crying now, I'm so scared.

Bonnie sees me and pulls me into a hug. She softly says, "it'll be okay, it's up to you to pick your decision." I cried harder into her shoulder.

A few weeks after everything happened Clay got sent to military school for a year and 7 months later I had the baby but put it up for adoption. It was a baby boy named Kyle.

End of flash back/ telling the story.

"Wow," Haley said. I nodded in agreement.

The good thing is that no one will remember it in the morning. From the amount of alcohol everyone consumed.

Here's chapter 6 I wasn't sure how I was going to write this, and I wasn't sure if this was going to be the reason why Clay hates Sam. But I do love how caring Mitch was for Sam. If I rewrite this book in the future idk if I'm going to have the same story line with Clay and Sam.
