After a long flight, and a uber drive over to the hospital. I quickly pay the nice driver. Grabbing my things I run into the hospital.

Walking to the front desk looking at the lady.

"How may I help you?" She ask dryly.

"My fiancé is here in the hospital," I said lying I knew if I said my boyfriend she wouldn't let me in for sure.

"Name?" She asked looking at her computer.

"Mitch Marner." I stated.

After a minute of looking she finally got the information telling me he's on the 3rd floor in the ICU.

Taking the elevator up to the 3rd floor from the main level. Finding his room I silently opened the door pushing it open.

Hearing the sound of the machines, I walk over to him. Sitting down in the chair next to his bed. After 20 minutes of holding his hand waiting for him to walk up. A doctor comes into the room. I think I scared him because he kinda jumped when he seen me.

"Can I talk to you in the hallway?" He asked with a small smile.

I replied with a sure and got up and went to the hallway.

"I'm Dr. Mendes, I'll be the main doctor in Mitch's case. When he got collided into by Toews, he hit his head pretty hard on the ice,"

A tear stared to fall down my cheek, I tried my best not to cry.

"Is he going to be okay?" I asked with my voice cracking.

He gave me a sympathetic look and continued,
"Well that's the thing we aren't really sure. Right now he's in a medically induced coma because of the pressure on this brain"

The doctor left me after I nodded my head understanding. Complete shocked ran down my body. I went into Mitch's room and slid down the wall curling up my body into a ball.

This can not be real this is just a dream, Mitch and I are back in Toronto watching a stupidly fun movie. But I was wrong. We are in Chicago, and Mitch is in a coma.

I know this is short but how long should he be in a coma and should we bring back Clay?
