Chapter 2

Percy P.O.V. :

I woke up a bit irritated, it was lunch time and no one bothered to wake me. That's annabeths role but since we broke up I guess she didn't want to do it anymore. Well, I really don't care. The spark between us was just, Gone.

Were still friends but that's just it, no more lovey-dovey stuff, no more flying through midtown on my pegasus, no more whispering sweet nothings to each other, no more kissing on the bottom of the lake. I not so sure if I should tell everyone that we broke up though, I mean, everyone thinks were meant to be, that its our destiny and shit like that… maybe ill tell a few friends but that’s just it…

 I sighed, I stood up still abit groggy. I walked to a nearby mirror and looked at myself. I look dashing, and gorgeous... Yeah sure, if they find out I like someone who I shouldn't like, well... Let's just say it'll change their perspective on me. I tidied my hair, but still it looked messy. I waved my hand at my reflection in dismissal.

" Nahhh. You look good anyways..." I walked towards the door and was about to twist the knob when I saw a glimpse of something shiny on a wall.

 I smiled as I remembered what it was, it was a picture of me, nico and thalia. ‘The Little Big three’ as everyone calls us. Hmmm I wonder where nico is right now, what's he doing? He went on a solo quest last month and then last week he I.M. me and said he'll accompany hazel and frank on their Move to camp half-blood.

 It just filled me with happiness that hazel, my bestfriend and frank, my somewhat brother-like distant relative, is going to live here now, but what fills me up with joy more is that nico's coming back.

 I always like it when my Bestfriend is here, he made me smile- back when annabeth broke up with me. He was there for me when I needed someone to talk to... Yeah I know its not very manly of me but every person need a talk once in awhile.

I sighed ' ok... Time to get to my daily routine, but first I want to visit the lake first, then you can do whatever you want to do... Got that perce?' I nodded to myself happy of the schedule I made.

 I walked toward the lake, sitting on my usual spot where my dad appeared back then while trying to fish in the lake. It just relaxes me when I'm near water, the sound of the little waves made by the fishes as they splash their tails around, the peaceful surface of the lake, the slow yet beautiful fall of the leaves on the water, its just... Perfect.

I was pulled out of my relaxing trance as someone tapped my shoulder. I looked up and I smiled, Grover a satyr Is standing behind me with a goofy grin as he motion his hand in a wave.

“Hi”

"G-man! How you doin? Didn't think you'd arrive so soon." I stated.

" Yeah well the nymph from the west was very Cooperative so my job was done faster than expected," he looked at me, suddenly serious " hmmm, I heard you and annie broke up, want to talk about it?" I shook my head.

" Nahhh, s'all good, how bout you? Is juniper treating you good?" I said, changing the topic. Grover Frowned then smiled, thinking its better to leave the touchy subject alone.

" Yeah she's great, speaking of great. I need to talk to her, seen her somewhere perce?" He asked brows raised in a questioning gaze.

"Yeah I saw her. last time I saw her, she was by the dinner pavilion like twenty minutes ago. You better find her before she finds out that your already here and haven't gone to her yet"
