*Andre POV*

I paced back and force waiting for my parents to come back with Ava my parents didn't think I could emotionally  handle being there  then TV had went out so we weren't able to know what was going on while they were in there so I was stuck with Keem and Jamal.

"Dre would you sit and calm down mom and dad got this I'm very sure they would make sure Ava and the baby is fine." Jamal said

"I can't just calm down Mal that women is my life and is carrying my child and in the short time that we've known each other I love her man." I told him

Ava always told me never keep strong emotions bottled up.

Before words could come out Jamal's mouth Ava came running into the office hugging me right away.

"You had me worried half to death." I told her kissing her on her forehead then on her  lips.

"Babygirl handled her own Dre you had nothing to worry about and the little Lyon is safe." Lucious said looking down at Ava's stomach.

"Right pops remind me to not get on your bad side Ava." Keem joked

"So I'm going to be a uncle again?" Jamal asked Ava as he pulled her into a hug.

All eyes were on Ava

"Yeah Mal your going to be a uncle again so much for my surprise I had some cute shit planned ." She said as she pouted.

After talking to everyone for another hour I took Ava home so she could shower and eat something I wanted this to be a easy pregnancy.

"Dreeee." Ava yelled from the bathroom

I quickly made my way to the bathroom

"Are you hurt? Did you fell? Are you okay?" I asked her in panic

"I'm fine Andre I just wanted you to. shower with me."

I couldn't tell her no if I wanted to she had me wrapped around her finger.

I quickly pulled off my clothes and stepped in to the around shower with and I noticed her stomach her bump was small but it was noticeable that she was pregnant.

"Go ahead and touch it Dre." Ava said

And when I didn't move she grabbed my head and places it on her stomach

"This is my second chance for happiness." I said as I bent down on my knee to kiss her stomach "you don't know how Happy I am Thank you Ava for this chance." I said hugging her waist.

*Ava POV*

Let's just say after the shower we enjoyed ourselves

My phone ringing woke me out of my sleep I hurried to answer it so it wouldn't wake up Dre he was so stressed over the pass couple hours he needed to sleep.

I looked at it and saw that it was my mother calling I just thought about it that I had to tell My mother I was pregnant I wouldn't tell her that Cookie was the first to know or that I took cookie with me to the doctors appointment either my mother be hella jealous.

"Hello." I answer

"My sweetheart how are you doing."She said her Trinidadian accent clearly heard.

Of course I wouldn't tell my mother about me being taken she would go crazy then she would tell my father and that's a whole different topic.

"I'm doing great momma I was just about to invite you and daddy over for dinner tomorrow night with me and Dre over his house."I told her

My mom loves Dre she already calls him her son-in law.

"Of course how is my son-in law doing?" She asked

"He's doing good just stressed from work he's sleep right now."

"What time should we come over I'll bring something."

"Just come over at 6." I told we talked for a couple more minutes before we hung up I place my phone back down on the night stand I looked down at Dre who was laying in between my legs like he always is with his arms wrapped protectively around me and my stomach I started rubbing his head then his back it kept him calm even in his sleep.

"Who were you on the phone with."Andre's deep voice broke men out of my deep thought

"My mother I invited her and my dad over tomorrow for dinner so I can he them that we're having a baby." I told him as I rubbed his back not only did it  soothe him is soothed me too.

"Just don't tell her you told my mom first you know how jealous she get." Dre said laughing at the thought of my mom I couldn't help but laugh too.

"Oh I won't I know how she gets including since this is her first grandchild." 

"Are you ready to me a mother?" He asked as he rubbed my stomach

"I think I am I've always wanted to be a mother I'm a little nervous but I'm ready are you ready to be a father?"

"To be honest with you Ava I'm terrified I lost my first child over pettiness I don't want anything to happen to you or our baby."

"Everything will be fine Dre I promise." Was the last I said before falling asleep and I felt Dre place one last kiss on my stomach before falling asleep too.
