Volleyball try outs for high school are coming soon! Me and Amara are trying out for them, We both have been in volleyball for the past two years , so we might get in. "Amara, you ready?" I asked her "of course! I'm so excited." And we got dressed and headed out to the gym. Football try outs are out side and and we seen Braydon and Jake come out of the boys locker room. " Good luck babe!" Braydon said to Amara. She said good luck back and me and Jake said it to each other too and said our final goodbyes as we walk to were we were supposed to go.
About two hours later the coach called us to the center of the room. She starts calling off numbers of who made it. Me and Amara are 13 and 14. "2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13,14,16,20,21,24,26,27,28,30,35,36. Thank you all for coming and I'm very sorry if you were not picked, there is always next year." The coach said. We made it!! We walked to the locker room and seen the guys, "you guys make it?" I asked, "yah both of us, you?"Jake said "Both of us." Amara said. This probably means we can't hang out as much during summer. _ .
