Lourdes Miranda Clark. Better known as, the girl of Ben's dreams.
His crush on her had bloomed into an obsession over the years. He didn't care. He claimed that his love for her was fine as it was.
But it wasn't.
She failed to acknowledge his existence, which sounds cliche and overused, but not many people acknowledged him at all. He was, to be blunt, a loser.
However, they had one thing in common: their adoration for black-and-white movies from the 40's and 50's. Without ever crossing paths in the process, they 'hopped', as some would say, from movie to movie. People called them the Movie Hoppers.
The thing is, though, Ben didn't know that Lourdes was a Movie Hopper, and vice versa.
Until they ran into each other (not literally) at a showing of Casablanca.
