"Edward would you please stop being such a kiss ass" Oswald grunted shutting the door behind Bruce.
Edward chuckled and sighed.
"Oh Ossie Ossie Ossie, you're not going to get even the slightest amount as close to finding her as well as I am"
Oswald rolled his eyes.
"Look, Ed, she's like a daughter to me, and just like Bruce if worries me that she's running around with some psychopath"
Edward chuckled.
"What's funny now Edward"
"Oh nothing it's just" he turned to look at Oswald "you're just, you're a psychopath"
Ed let out a loud laugh. It filled the room. Oswald rolled his eyes and turned grabbing his cane which was leaning against the table. He hobbled over to the stairs.
"If you need me, I'll be upstairs. I need sleep if I'm going to kick your ass at finding miss Wayne"
"HA. You go get your beauty sleep princess Oswald"
Oswald rolled his eyes and limped up the stairs unimpressed with Edward childish insults.
"Right. Let's get to it" Edward spoke to himself. He grabbed his hat and pulled on his medium green blazer and shut the door behind him.

-1:30am-
Bruce sat up sharply with a scream, his body drenched in sweat. He switched on the light. He had just had a nightmare. Bella was being tortured by Jerome. He needed some sort of information from her and she either refused or didn't know the answer so Jerome burned her with a hot iron rod. Each scream she let out made Bruce toss and turn till he finally woke up.
He swung his feet off the edge of the bed and sighed deeply. There was a Knock at the bedroom door.
"Master Bruce I heard you scream out. Are you alright"
"You may come in Alfred"
Alfred opened the door and stepped in. Worried about Bruce's mental state. He knew his obsession with finding Bella had gotten unhealthy. Even Selina agreed with Alfred for once.
"I don't think you should worry so much about her Bruce, she's a strong young woman, after all, she married you didn't she"
Bruce chuckled and looked up at Alfred.
"I supposed so Alfie"
Alfred smiled and sat beside Bruce.
"You'll find her and she'll love you just as she did before. Absence only makes the heart grow fonder sir" Alfred gently stroked the young mans back trying to ease him.
Bruce let out a sigh and nodded his head turning to Alfred.
"I know Alfred. I just miss her and I worry so much about her. What if he hurts her"
"I doubt that, he's mad but he wouldn't hurt her. Nor on purpose" Alfred assures Bruce.

Jerome groaned in anger. The back of his hand striking roughly against Bellas cheek causing her to fall to her knees.
"You fucked that up so bad they would've caught us if it wasn't for Jason showing up last second"
Bella gripped her cheek.
"I... I'm sorry"
It wasn't the first time he had struck her. His mental state getting further and further from stable.
"I'm sorry puddin' I didn't mean to"
Jerome paused and turned. He looked angry. He walked over to her and grabbed her by the arm, forcefully pulling her to her feet. He looked her in the eyes. His face went soft.
"It's okay baby, we all make mistakes"
His eyes faded from anger to love. All fear faded from Bella she looked into his emerald eyes and fell in love all over again. He wrapped his arms around her waist and brought her legs around his body.
"You'll make up for it by making me something to eat right?"
"Of course Puddin"
He set her down and slapped her ass as she headed to the kitchen.
They had found an old abandoned apartment building. Each apartment still in decent condition. By stealing furniture and household items they had built a secure livable hide away from the Bat and the GCPD.
"What a good girl" Jerome chuckled.

Meanwhile, Ed was quickly finding clues, tracing tracks and finding out names. Having worked for the GCPD he knew his way around Gotham, he knew names and where to go when you need information fast. First a voice disguised message to Jim Gordon asking about Bella Wayne. Second, a typed letter to Barbara Kean, the mistress of Gotham. She seemed to think she ran the city when everyone besides herself could clearly see she didn't.
Ed traced his way all the way back to the old warehouse where Jerome used to hide out. He searched the place and came up empty handed. He stomped his foot and with a yelp of anger and stormed out of the building.
Oswald on the other hand was minding his own business, allowing information to flow naturally his way. He overheard a conversation between two mean Jerome had hired.
"And this is my time to strike" he whispered to himself.
He pulled a blade out from his sleeve and walked up to them, acting as though he would pass when without warning he sprung himself on them. Taking the armed ones gun and holding the blade to the others neck.
"Tell me what you know of miss Wayne"
"Please. Idk who that is"
"Bullshit" Oswald yelled angrily.
"Wait. Wait hold up" the other guy said in a thick Boston accent "you mean Harley? Jeromes girl?"
Oswald rolled his eyes.
"Yeah sure. Her"
"Yeah I know er what about er"
Oswald rolled his eyes again.
"Where is she" he opined the gun at him, still holding the knife to the others throat. He slowly cocked the gun still pointing it.
"34th street. The abandoned apartment building. T-tha-that's all I know please don't kill me"
"I promise I won't" he cut the mans neck at the same time as pulling the trigger hitting the other between the eyes.
"I can't have you running to your boss and blowing my cover, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience"
