I decided to repeat myself. Louder and clearer.

"Where is he?" I casted her a death glare . The legendary Katerina Petrova fell silent .

" Go to hell!" She muttered under her breath . And vampire speeded away.

"Not so soon darling." I said as I blocked her way. I could see it . Tension started crawling up her neck . Her cheeks started flushing up red. A smirk started growing up on my face .

"Look, I have two ways of getting my answers. One - compelling you . I can compel Niklaus so you are no big deal.
And Second- A little violence.
So you decide if you want to get over with your way or my way." I said almost snorting. I knew the Katerina I heard about won't give up easily. But I did what I had to .

"I am so so sorry, Angelina. But I'm on vervain. " She said after she took a deep breath. A smirk took over her lips when she said that. She again speeded past me.

"Vervain doesn't work on me darling. I always get what I want ."

I said when I blocked her way for the second time. I knew I won my little battle.

"What do you want?" She asked and bit her lip as she knew the answer to her question.

"Where is Richard Salvatore?" I asked . And before I could say anything else she shoved a shot in my arm , something in me and I passed out .

I opened my eyes slowly. I now regretted telling Katerina that I could compel Niklaus. She is a smart girl! I thought to myself. Niklaus' impure blood shot to me is like vervain to a vampire.

I sat down using my hands . I was still in the woods . I got up and started searching for her . But she was nowhere .

I lost the one chance of reaching my goal. Getting to Richard now seemed impossible.

I eventually gave up when I realised that I had reached the spot I had started from .

I bent down on my knees .
My face started turning red.
Some strong vibe started to engulf me in.

I then started to brush my bare hands to the grass.

Were all these signs of fear? Or anxiety? Or an intuition that something big was going to happen?

My head started revolving around all these questions. It took me a split second to come out of my day cloud dreams and realise that my hand had just touched a very hard thing.

I tried again . My hand started hovering over the grass . And yes I was right . I found something.

I held that thing in my fingers. It was a pendant! But it seemed to me that I had seen it somewhere.

It was a very beautiful silver pendant having a black carving on it and in calligraphy written : Petrova. And now it struck my little peanut head .

It was Tatia's pendant given to her daughter. And a promise was taken from her that she will pass it to the Future Petrova generations.

Katerina! I thought. Yes it had to be her . She was the last Petrova descendant. The pendant now belonged to her and not Tatia .

I then decided to do a locator spell . I knew that this time I will get it .

You betcha watch out dear doppelgänger! I thought to myself.

"Phesmatos Tribum Nas E ...." I started with my regular Locator Spell.

It started. The sand started moving. It stopped at Mystic Falls. But then instead of having that definite position the sand scattered to all over America. That's when I realised that Katerina had a witch helping her.

Someone already told me that Katerina was is the really smart girl. She already knew that she lost the pendant and that is why I couldn't do the locator spell. I had to use another alternative. I had no other choice. Every spell has a loophole. I had to get to the loophole of the spell used by Katerina's witch.

I didn't know what to do. I was about to lose the last chance I had to find Richard.

I then heard a noise from the bushes. I looked through the trees and noticed a tall figure walking towards me. I rubbed my eyes using my palms. And saw again.

Elijah! But what was he doing here? I decided to play a small trick on my favourite Mikaelson.

I raised my hand up in the air and made the dry fallen leaves float calmly in the air. I then made the floating really fast. A little while later I found myself vampire speeding and appearing before him.

"I'm sorry lady but its a really unpleasant way to make a meeting." He said when I did not let him see my face and only my lower body was visible to him.

"Angelina! You scared me love!" He said and let a smile escape his lips when I appeared completely.

"Did you like my merry entrance or where you expecting someone really special?" I asked and sensed his breathing getting faster.

Wait! Did he come here to meet Katerina?

"Actually no! I just came here to have a plain walk." He said after a few seconds of silence.

"But I think the lady you've come here to meet injected Nik's blood in my body and left. But one thing that you might want is my dead sister's pendant which passed on generations and reached the legend herself, Katerina Petrova!" I screamed.

Elijah was dumbstruck. He knew I found out that he was lying. All these months when I was getting mad about finding Katerina for Richard he stood there silent, nodding his head with the sign of not knowing anything. But now I finally learn that all these months Elijah was still talking to her behind Nik's back and not telling me?

I was getting all irritated by then. I think Elijah wanted to see me like this. I walked up to him and asked him again.

"All these months when I was toiling so hard to search for the girl why didn't you open your bloody mouth?"

I walked up to him, looked him in the eye. Compelled him to tell me the answer.

"Why Elijah?" I asked

"Because I love her. If I would have told you there are two hundred percent chances of Niklaus overhearing it. If this were to reach him then Katerina would have died by now." I stood there as he spit out the truth.

Why do you think Katerina was hiding Richard?

Bonus question: Why do you think Richard was using Katerina as a hiding weapon whereas she was herself on a run from Klaus?
