You and Steve were going through boxes in the garage. You were both deciding what was junk and what was to keep. Most of the stuff packed away you both hadn't seen for years. The activity was fun as you both relived memories and events. You were down to the last couple boxes when you found something highly interesting and exciting.
"Steve!" You cried out excitedly as you pulled out the little system. You grew more excited as you found the remotes as well.
"What?" He turned around suddenly a bit startled with your sudden cry.
"Look." You beamed holding up the game. You waved it around and wiggled your brows- you were very proud of your discovery.
"Umm..." He narrowed his eyes at the game questionably. He didn't know what to think of it. He didn't exactly understand what Y/N was so excited about.
"You know what this means." You shook it enthusiastically. This was the perfect game for Steve.
Steve smiled, still unsure of what was happening, and shook his head. "Darling, Y/N, I don't even know what that is." He laughed.
"This, my beloved, is treasure. We are going to do this!" You we're so tied up in the excitement and the thoughts of Steve participating that you just left him guessing.
"Okay, but-"
"It will be fun!"
"Y/N."
"I mean, it's the first one...but it will still be fun."
"Through laughter and tears we will-"
"Y/N!"
"Yes?"
He exhaled with an relieved smile. "What is it?" He gestured to it.
"Oh, a game. It's called Just Dance." You shrugged.
Steve's smiled began to broaden and a light of understanding flickered in his eyes. "Oh I see. So it plays music and we dance right? Like a radio?"
"No no no! We shall COMPETE and- well, actually I'll just show you. C'mon." You picked up the box and took his hand, dragging him back in the house.
"Y/N, what about-"
"Forget about it, we can finish tomorrow. Tonight, we dance!"

It took a bit to hook and set it all back up but once you got it you made sure to show Steve how to hold and use the remote.
"You ready?" You excitedly asked as you started up the game.
"Uh yeah, I think so." Steve said with a small laugh. He was still super confused with everything but was happy as long as he was with you. He didn't really care if he didn't understand, at least he had this time to spend with you and that was perfect all by its self.
"Okay...how about...Womanizer!" You didn't even give him time to say yes before you clicked yes. You giggled to yourself just thinking of Steve trying to dance to this song.
Steve's eyes widened at first as the little avatar appeared and the music began. He really had no flipping idea what to think anymore. He looked at Y/N with wide eyes and an open mouth.
"Don't worry, just do what she does!" You giggled as the character started moving and Steve very clumsily tried to copy her. It was priceless.
You didn't believe in the wrist ties so it wasn't long before Steve's remote went flying during the middle of the song. He cried out and hurried after it. "Sorry!"
"Hurry! You're losing Steve!!" You giggled, following the dance moves.
He quickly got back into place and tired to fall back into coping the dance moves. He moved awkwardly, not sure what to do. "Y/N! I don't understand what to do!"
"Just move, don't think so hard babe. Here just watch me." You suggested, showing him how to do it. He found it easier to watch you and soon got it down. By the end of the song he was red and breathless from all the laughter.
"So?" You grinned poking his side playfully.
He shook his ruefully and laughed. "I'll play again but this time I pick the song."
"Deal." You grinned kissing his chin softly.
