I had one hour till I had to meet Blake and Ethan for the party. I still had yet to get ready. I took a quick shower, using my mint shower gel and mint shampoo. As soon as, I got out I dressed into a beige mid-length dress, that was very fitting. I then, applied a natural makeup look with a tint of brown for my eyes, which complimented my hazel eyes.
DING DING!
I ran downstairs to only be met with my two favourite boys in the world (excluding Freddy). They looked good, if I say so myself. Ethan dressed all black, whilst Blake was dressed in washed-out blue jeans with a white shirt, that defined his muscular physique.
"Are you going to stare at us all night, or are we going to get a move on?" Ethan commented in cockiness.
"Oh shut up." I walked past them exiting the door. "We all know I am the good looking one out of the group."
Blake and Ethan looked at each other, then bursted out laughing. They were laughing so hard that they couldn't get in the car (Blake's Car).
"Okay. Now you guys can stop laughing." Once they saw I was serious they coughed out their laughs and went inside. As if they were children being scolded by their parents.
As soon as we got inside the party. I was instantly suffocated with the smell of alcohol and the humid atmosphere. There was loud music screeching out of the giant speakers, whilst a group of teenagers was 'dancing' in the middle of the room. I suddenly felt someone's hand grasp my own. Blake had dragged me through the crowds, following Ethan to another room, where a group of people was seated.
"Hey guys, this is the girl we've been telling you guys about." Ethan said, suddenly putting all the attention on me. I could recognise some faces. They were mainly players from the football team and girls from the cheerleading team. The others was guys from the baseball teams and a girl I recognised in my English class to be called Nicole Deem. However, I looked to my right to only be met with the Jerk and his 'girlfriend'. He did not look my way, in which I was confused about. But I didn't care.
Once I got to know some people, in specifics Nicole. We all got in a game of truth and dares. Typical. Typical. It's always truth and dares, I've read in books. Mike, the leader of the baseball team hushed everyone.
"Guys! Let's start with Ethan. Truth or Dare." Mike doomed on Ethan. There was a moment of silence.
"Duh, dare!" Ethan exclaimed.
"Okay, I dare you to find a random girl and kiss her for 10 seconds straight." Mike said.
"Easy." Ethan got up and walked up to a brunette girl who looked to be drunk and well... kissed her. I couldn't look, it was so cringe. Ethan finally finished and came back to the guys man-punching him and hooting. You know the guy thing.
The game went on and on, I only payed attention when I heard my name being called out.
One of the boys said, "Truth or Dare." To which I replied, "Dare." I know what your thinking why would you do that when asked by hormonal teenagers? I want a challenge. I was getting so bored.
"I'll give you the same dare as Ethan, except that you have to kiss... Blake." Mike had said.
I sceptically looked at Blake, but he didn't look at all fazed. Blake had rested his hands on my cheek whilst, he came closer till our lips touched. His lips was so foreign, but yet so soft and gentle. After a while, it got tense, but before it could go any further. Someone had interrupted.
"Okay let's pick someone else." For the first time Oscar was speaking up.
I felt so embarrassed, but so hassled by the kiss. I looked up to Blake to see he was grinning at me.
"Your not a bad kisser." Blake whispered in my ear. It caused me to shiver. Never have I ever, felt different about Blake.
"Your not so bad yourself." I tried to act cool about it.
From the corner of my eye, I could tell someone was watching us and that someone was Oscar.
I got tired of the game, so I got up and left. Blake and Ethan stayed. I wondered what everyone else was doing. I enter the main living room, where people were dancing. I walked over to the table to only one water bottle left, to my luck. I sat down on a sofa that was empty and observed everyone.
I went on my phone to see that, Freddy had texted me. Call me when you want me to pick you, if you want to leave early xx F.
As soon as I texted him to pick me, I saw that I had company. Not any company. Oscar's company.
"What are you doing here all by yourself, partner?" Oscar asked.
"Nothing. I'm getting bored."
"I can help you with that." Oscar cheekily commented.
"No thank you. Your the last person I would ever get with, even if it means I would have to sleep in a room of snakes."
"You will regret saying that."
"Uh... I..don't...think...I..do." I fake thought.
Just as soon as I said that, my phone beeped telling me that my brother came. I got up.
"Not a single goodbye kiss." Oscar commented.
"In your dreams." I scoffed.
"Your right, I will dream about it." He said. With that, I left.
