I Love You More.

Renesmee's P.O.V.

"Mum?" I tried getting her attention.

"What's up sweetie?" She asked.

"I need to talk to you, like away from here." I said. I saw a look in her eye that made me wonder what she was thinking. I am just like my dad. He heard this and gave me a smirk.

"Sure." She said, she followed me out until I was sure that my dad wouldn't be able to hear me.

"I am really confused." I said. Just get to the point and then she can get to the helping part.

"What about?" She asked.

"I have been having these feelings. I am not as close to Jacob as I used to be and I have noticed tat he seems to be spending more time with Aunt Rosie as well. I am getting closer with Jasper. I don't understand it. Every time I am around him I get these butterflies in my stomach and I get the same thing when I think about him. What does this mean? I can't love him because he has Aunt Alice." I said. I didn't take one breath through any of that I don't think.

"Alot of things are changing around here and we need to explain it to you before I answer your question. Come on, we'll go home and me and the rest of the family will explain everything." She said. 

Some things are going to change? What the hell does that mean?

We got home a couple of minutes later and dad was waiting at the door for us to come home. I noticed that they didn't kiss or anything when we came back. Maybe this has something to do with things changing? I don't know but apparently I am going to find out.

We sat in the living room. Mum sat with grandpa, dad sat with Aunt Alice, Jacob sat with Aunt Rosie, Uncle Em sat with grandma and I sat with Jazz. Maybe this is the something changing. Like a kind of wife-swap.

Dad started chuckling and then he just burst out laughing. Everyone looked at him very amused. 

"OK, who was thinking something hilarious and wasn't sharing." Uncle Em asked. He always likes to be in on the jokes within the family. Otherwise he gets face on.

"Renesmee." He said between his laughs.

"Renesmee? What were you thinking that has made your dad go into hysterics?" Uncle Em asked me.

"Well, I noticed that you were all not sat with like your wives and stuff so I thought that this would have something to do with the things changing around here. Like a kind of wife-swap." I explained. After that last comment everyone went into hysterics.

"Guys, it really wasn't that funny. If you are keeping something from me I want to know what it is right now!" I could see that they saw that I wasn't happy. And I knew that Jazz could see it. No one would stop laughing.

"You know what? Forget it. If you can't control yourselves long enough to explain what the hell is going on then don't bother!" I shouted an walked up the stairs towards my room. Once I had gotten there I slammed my door shut. I don't understand why they couldn't control themselves. They are supposed to be the elders here not me and I am acting more mature than them. 

I walked back downstairs and towards the front door. 

"Where are you going?" My dad asked, still chuckling.

"Out." Was all I said. I wasn't thinking of anything. I just wanted to leave and get my thoughts straight. 

"Why?" He asked. He seemed to have calmed down a bit but not enough for me to talk to him in  a civil conversation.

"To get away from my family who are laughing at me." I said as I walked past him. I walked down the steps and started running as I hit the grass.

I stopped in the middle of the woods and sat down on a rock. I always came to this spot to think. 

I could hear someone running through the woods. I knew that they might not be one of my family, but right now I didn't care. My family were probably still busy laughing about me.

I felt someone sit by my legs and lean their head against them. I could immediately tell that it was Jazz. Whenever he sat by my legs he would always lean his head against them. It made me feel closer to him.

"Are you ok?" He asked.

"I don't know, mood ring. Why don't you tell me." I said. Well , more like snapped at him.

"Listen, I know that they laughed at you but what you said wasn't far from the truth." He said. So it has something to do with the fact that they are swapping wives?

"OK, go on." I urged. I needed to know everything.

"Well, empathy isn't my only power. I can see who someone is meant to be with. For example, you noticed Rosalie and Jacob getting closer, right?" I nodded. "Well, that's because they are soul mates. Esme and Emmett are soul mates. Carlisle and your mum are soul mates. Your dad and Alice are soul mates." He explained. So that just left.......

"Let me guess, your my soul mate?" I said, I knew my feelings towards him and I am sure that he knew mine.

"Yes, that's right." He said, he looked down, unable to meet my eyes.

"Jazz, what's wrong?" I asked. I hated that he couldn't look at me.

"I know that this is weird and you probably don't believe me but it's true, you are my soul mate. Your mum and dad got together so that you could get here for me. I know that sounds crazy but it's the way it works." He said, in a rush.

"You think that because you're technically my uncle that I wouldn't love you? Jazz, I don't see you as my uncle. I never have. You have always been Jasper to me. The person who would always have my back when I needed him, a shoulder to cry on when I needed on. You were always there for me. Just like now. When you know that the rest of the family are still laughing at me now, you're here with me." I explained. It was the longest speech I have ever given.

He looked up and I saw something in his eyes that I had never experienced before. Love.

"Renesmee, you know that I would always be there for you even if you didn't love me." he said. I didn't like the fact that he was doubting that I loved him.

Jazz, you can feel my emotions can't you? You know that I love you and have for a while. I was in denial at first because I thought that you had Aunt Alice, but now that I know that truth I can finally say it. I love you Jasper." I said.
