The Volturi.

Edward's P.O.V.

With me and Alice, we were somewhat inseparable. We were always close but at the time, I thought it was more of a brother-sister bond. But now I understand what it was. The reason I fell for Bella was so that Renesmee could get here for Jasper. At least we were all happier with our true mates. 

Alice went into a vision while we were cuddled in bed.

The Volturi were coming to check on Renesmee. Making sure that she wasn't a danger who could expose us. 

Great. They were coming to see us again. But this time they were in the house. I wonder why.

"We should get dressed and tell the others." Alice said. 

"Yeah, but I don't want to." I said with a pout.

She giggled and kissed me. I went to deepen it but she pulled away to fast.

"Hey, I wasn't finished." I said. She pulled my head back down and kissed me with so much passion that we pretty much had a replay of what happened throughout the night.

When we were finished, we got dressed and got ready to tell the family of the impending invasion by the Volturi.

Renesmee's P.O.V.

Me and Jazz were cuddled up on the sofa watching TV. Dad and Aunt Alice came down the stairs with puzzled looks on their faces. 

"What's up?" I asked.

"We'll explain when everyone is here." Dad said. Everyone must have heard because they all came into the living room.

"Guys, we have a problem. The Volturi are planning a visit to come and see how Renesmee is doing. But this time they were in the house. I don't know what this means at all. Should we intersect them before they get here? Or do we let the vision happen. They didn't seem angry or anything. Surprised but it seemed pleasant." Daddy explained. 

I didn't want to Volturi anywhere near me. The last time we saw them was because they wanted to kill me for something I wasn't. I am not causing any trouble shouldn't that cause them to leave me the hell alone?

"Sweetie, its OK. We won't let them do anything. Aro will touch our hands and know that you haven't done anything that you shouldn't be. You haven't hunted one human since you were born. You don't need to be afraid of them." Daddy said. I admit, it made me feel a little better.

"Yeah, believe me, I will stop them. I'll make them fall asleep and then we can run." Jazz said. That had me giggling. Jazz always knew how to make me feel better without using his gift.

"But what happens if someone makes a last minute decision to ruin the harmony that you seem to see?" Uncle Emmett asked. 

Great, just when I was starting to feel better,

"I'm sure Jasper can sense anything suspicious in their emotions when they arrive. I think we should let the vision play out. We should allow them to come here, that way we are on our turf. And I'm sure that with Jacob and Rosalie being somewhat inseparable, the rest of the pack will more than likely be here." Grandpa said. 

I understood where Grandpa was coming from. The worst thing we could do was try to change the future. If we tried to do anything different to prevent it then someone could end up being on their own when they arrived, and that was something we probably wanted to avoid.

"We have three days before they arrive. Jacob, will that be enough time for the pack to assemble and help. I want to keep my family safe and I believe with the history of last time, the wolves might be needed again to prevent anything going their way?" Aunt Alice asked. 

"Yeah, it'll be fine. I highly doubt Sam would pass on this. If there are human drinkers in Forks then he will want in on anything we have planned." Jake explained.

He was right. Sam was desperate to be in on it last time. Mainly because of the connection that me and Jake had at the time. They still viewed us all as family. They would protect us like they protect their tribe.

"They do, Nessie. We can do this. Everything will be fine. Life will go on like normal once they have left." Daddy said. 

Great, just gotta get through the next three days. Jazz will be here so that's all that matters.

Sorry for leaving it so long for an update, I have had a lot going on in my life. But everything is back to normal. Hopefully I can update more :)
