It was a warm summer afternoon in L.A. The sky was a vibrant blue and there was a slight breeze that perfectly offset the slightly hot air. My boyfriend, Mark, suggested it would be fun to go for a walk in the park, as he said he had a suprise for me. We walked together peacefully, hand in hand, making silly jokes and bad pick up lines to make each other laugh. Soon enough we reached the pond at the middle of the park. I chuckled as I noticed two male ducks following each other around. "Gay ducks." I said to Mark, chuckling. "Same!" He laughed.
MARKS POV
Jack and I took seat at the edge of the pond, admiring the reflection of the setting sun in the water. Its almost time. I stuck my hand into my pocket and clutched the little black box nervously. I took Jack by the hand and stood the both of us up. "Jack. There's something I need to ask you." I said, my heartbeat speeding up. "Sure! Is it my suprise?" He chuckled. You have no idea Jackaboy.
JACKS POV
Mark nodded his head before reaching into his pocket and pulling something out. Although I couldn't tell what it was, I couldn't help but get excited as he covered it with both hands and looked into my eyes, lovingly. He kneeled down on one knee before opening a little black box to reveal a gorgeous golden engagement band with a little blue diamond in it. My jaw dropped and my heart began to flutter with happiness. "Sean William McLoughlin. I love you with every ounce of my heart and soul. I want to be with you for eternity. I want to be able to wake up with you by my side every morning. I want your beautiful face to be the last thing I see every night before you fall asleep in my arms. I want to hold you tight and never let you go. I want you to be mine, me to be yours, forever. That being said, Sean. Will you do me the honor of marrying me?" he said, beginning to tear up. His eyes were so full of love and hope. It was beautiful. Tears began to flow happily from my eyes. "Yes! Yes! A million times yes! I love you Mark Edward Fishbach!" I squealed. He smiled wide before standing up and pulling me into a passionate kiss. Our lips danced together to a beautiful ballad called love. He pulled away before slipping the golden band onto my finger. "I love it. I love you." I beamed. "I love you too." he smiled. "Wait where's your ring?" I asked. "Check your jacket pocket." he said nonchalantly. I reached my hand into my pocket before pulling out a silver band with a diamond in it. I smiled lovingly before I slipped the ring onto his finger. We shared one more passionate kiss before heading home, happiness in our hearts and love on our minds.
