Introduction

The North Pole

In the North Pole's "the living room" I, Hiccup, and Kristoff were chilling out. 

"Hey man could you pass the sodas," Kristoff asked. 

"Sure," Hiccup replied with a monotone voice. 

"Thanks," Kristoff mumbled while stuffing his face with pizza. 

I rolled my eyes and chuckled at the munchkin that was Kristoff. 

We suddenly heard footsteps and quickly hid all of the junk food. Everything was hidden just in time before North appeared. 

He stood tall with a serious straight face and spoke, "Jack can you come to my office I need to speak with you."

I mentally grunted and unwillingly stood up.

Did I get in trouble again? I mean getting in trouble is one of my specialties, but still!

I pulled myself together before replying, "Sure thing boss, I'll be right there."

North nodded, turned around, and walked away without another word. 

"Okay that was weird," Hiccup commented.

I sighed and said, "I know."

"Well good luck man hopefully you'll survive," Kristoff teased while patting my back.

"I WILL make it out alive buttface," I joked. 

"Woah harsh," Kristoff said while placing a hand over his heart.

I started to head in the same direction as North.

"See you guys later," I laughed as I left.

I made my way to North's office and took a deep breath before opening the door. 

"Please take a seat," He said as I walked in. 

"Alright," I spoke as professionally as humanly possible.

There was a moment of silence before I decided to break it. 

"So, why did you call me over..." 

"I'm getting to that Jack." He spoke with a small smile on his face.

"Right. Sorry," I blurted out while shifting in my seat. 

I mentally slapped myself as I told myself to keep calm.

"I've been checking on your progress in the agency and let me just say that I'm impressed." 

As he spoke, I leaned a bit closer. 

"So, I've decided to assign you a new mission." He finalized and pointed at me. 

I released the breath I didn't know I was holding and let myself feel relief.

"Thank you, North," I replied with a growing grin. 

I blinked my eyes a couple of times and cleared my throat before speaking, "Can I ask what this new mission is about?"

I wondered and was eager to know what he had in mind.

"Here, come closer to my desk and I'll show you," he commanded.

I went over to his desk where he had placed a picture of a girl. She had platinum blonde and coffee brown hair. 

"This is Carter, your new mission."
