After a flight that seemed like forever, I finally arrived in California. I grabbed my luggage and went outside the airport. I looked around for a Taxi. after finally spotting one, I waved it over, opening the door and getting in, dragging my luggage up and onto the seat next to me.

"Where to?" The taxi driver said kind of rudely.

"U-uhh..." I stuttered, forgetting what to say after his attitude took me off guard. I probably sounded so stupid... "C-...California Institute of the Arts...P-please..."

Without saying anything, the driver took off in the direction of the campus. it took 10 long minutes to get there. After arriving, I pulled out my wallet.

     "How much?" I asked.

"$30.25" I almost choked when he said the price.

     "E-excuse me? $30.25?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, pay up." He snapped. I figured there was no point in arguing. I wouldn't win anyways. I handed him $30.25 and slammed the car door; probably a little harder than I should have.

I walked up onto the sidewalk, listening to the taxi speed away from behind me. I slowly looked up to see the campus. "Woah...." I whispered to myself. After staring for a minute, I started to walk towards where my dorm was supposed to be.

I walked around for a half an hour, and could not find my dorm ANYWHERE. I pulled the map of the campus out of my suit case. After studying it for a few minutes, I finally found where I was supposed to be.

After locating the building, I walked up the stairs to the second floor. I found my room, and stoop in from of the door. I took a deep breath, and went inside. Upon opening the door, I gasped at what-...who I saw...
