Ryan walked in holding Melody to Bryce's hospital room seeing him still asleep. "Here's Daddy sweetheart" Ryan cooed planting a kiss on top her head sitting down.

After a few moment Bryce suddenly woke up turning his neck slowly seeing his daughter and his best friend beside him giving them a weak smile. "Hey Brycie..." Ryan forced on a sad smile.

"How's my little girl been?" He stretched out his hand feeling the pain struck through him. Ryan leaned her over to be a bit closer as she clapped her hands letting out a squeal. He then placed her beside her father.

After a few moment of peace and to Melody falling asleep in her father arm, Bryce was staring down at her smiling to the little angel he had created.

His face only dropped not knowing the condition to his girlfriend, Melody mother. Ryan noticed. Not even knowing what to say. Her condition still the same. Nothing improving nor getting worse.

"She's strong... she'll pull through" Ryan said adding a little hope to this situation. "I do hope you're right Ohm..." Bryce sighed. "How's the neck?" "Sore..." "I bet, it looks like it" Bryce playfully rolled his eyes. "I'll heal, it'll take time..."

The room fell silent as Bryce was watching Melody sleep the question that lingered on his mind finally slipped from his tongue. "What was the last word she said before the accident?" Catching Bryce's attention again, they made eye contact seeing Ohm was desperate to know.

"I love you, those were her last words... she was smiling, giggling when she told me that. "She..." Bryce choked on his words feeling his throat close up, his baby blue orbs watered. All Ohm could do was place a hand on his arm in comfort giving him a sympathetic smile. "I know..." Ohm gently said. "It's hard... I've been in this situation before..."

"Is she ok? Is my baby ok?!" Ohm pleaded to the doctor, tear stained cheeks, a sweaty mess from running all the way here the doctor sat him down explaining the condition that she was in until he finally broke the news that Ohm was no longer gonna be a father. Ohm broke down into tears as hard for the doctor, he also had to break the news that their was nothing he could do with his girlfriend and that he had to make a decision whether or not to switch it off, she was pretty much brain dead. Ohm only nodded yes for the permission for the doctor to do it.

Ohm let Bryce unleash his emotion although the good news was the doctor wanting to get Bryce up on his feet and walking around before he could be discharged. The worse news was Amy got the worse impact being on her side. Bryce just got 'lucky' and he wish he didn't.
