This story is a continuation of You're My Only One. It's been about 3 years after the wedding. Sherlock and John are finally starting a family.

Chapter 1: Bundles of Joy

John rushed around the house grabbing bags of clothes and blankets as Sherlock grabbed their coats. 9 months ago their good friend and former wedding planner Irene Adler had agreed to be the surrogate mother for their baby. Now she had gone into labor and the pair were rushing to the hospital to meet their new children. Sherlock tossed on his coat as he and John rushed out the door and hailed a cab.

Minutes later they ran through hospital halls to arrive just in time to see their new children.

"Irene?" John said quietly as he walked into the room and set down the bags.

"Shhhh." She whispered as she nodded towards the two bundles in her arms. She smiled as they moved closer.

"Meet your new sons Hamish and William." Sherlock carefully took Hamish into his arms as John held William.

"You did great Irene. They're beautiful." John said with a smile.

"Well they do have Sherlock's genes too remember." John nodded.

"Are they identical or fraternal twins?" Sherlock questioned. Just then Hamish and William stirred and awoke, opening their eyes to reveal matching beautiful green orbs. John and Sherlock chuckled.

"Identical." They muttered simultaneously.
