Chapter 2

I ran. That's all I did. I just ran. I don't know where but I just ran somewhere away from the beach. Next thing I knew it was pouring ran. I hid under some trees. 20 missed calls from Elena, 50 from Jake and Logan, 21 from Juanpa, 28 from Ally, 19 from Kyle, and a lot of messages.

I ignored them. I cried my eyes out. Why was I waiting for a boy who doesn't even know my name? It was worth it, I don't why but I knew it was.

Then it stopped raining? But I saw rain. I looked up and saw Juanpa.

"we're looking for you.." he said

He sat next to me and gave me the blanket he brought. We went into a cafe near the area.

"Why'd you run away?" He asked

I held the hot chocolate. I didn't want to answer at all.

"Chloe, we were about to call the police, you were missing for about two hours"

"I couldn't handle it anymore. He proposed to her, I knew it was gonna come but I didn't think it'd be now" I explained

He sighed.

"C'mon, everybody's at the team 10 house"

He called an uber and headed straight to Jakes house. I tried to calm myself down. I knew what was gonna happen when I got there.

Juanpa and I walked in. Every bodies eyes were on me. They dropped everything they had in their hands. Jake walked towards to me.

"Chloe.. WHY DID YOU RUN AWAY?! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH WE WERE WORRIED?!" He screamed at me "we were really about to call the cops.. please don't ever do that again"

He then hugged me. I cried into his arms. I forgot Emilio lived here so Marissa was here. They were talking. Before I knew it I tripped and fell.

The charm bracelet fell out my hand. I saw Emilio's shoe and knew he was about to get it.

I grabbed it before he could get it. He helped me up. I wasn't looking at him. I was looking down.

-Emilio's P.O.V-

A black haired girl tripped. I stood up and saw something silver near my shoe. I was about to grab it but she grabbed it. So I helped her up.

She wasn't looking at me. Then I saw a tear drop.

"No don't cry, everybody trips sometimes" I said

I lifted her chin up and looked at her eyes. Then it hit me.

-flashback-

"Bye Chloe!" Emilkl said before leaving onto the airplane

"Please don't leave.." Chloe said

Her eyes had sadness. She had a tear roll down her cheek. He wiped it off.

"Don't worry, ill come back to visit during summer" he said

"Flight 307 is about leave"

He kissed her and left.

Her 16th birthday

Emilio bought a charm bracelet. He added charms that he knew she would like. Then put a note and other things

Present

"Chloe?!" He shouted

I looked at his blue eyes. I nodded.

"Oh my gosh! It was you! Not Marissa! I'm so so sorry Marissa but-"
