Y.N's POV
Suddenly, an enormous castle filled our view. I remember that Grandma told me about it. She was right; Hogwarts is beautiful. Especially at night! Then, we got into boats and then carriages carried by....Thestrals!! "Hey,guys. Aren't they adorable?" I said while pointing to the front of the carriage. "What are you pointing at??" They all asked. "You...you don't see it?" I asked with a frightened face. But before they could answer, it was time for The Hogwarts Sorting Ceremony.

"L/N, Y/N" Professor McGonagall said. I was the last one to be sorted. Neville, Harry, Hermione, and Ron got into Gryffindor. I nervously walked up to the front and sat in the stool. "A L/N, eh?" The Sorting Hat said. "Brave and courageous like a Gryffindor, but cunning and ambitious like a Slytherin...But also very Loyal and kind like a Hufflepuff. Lastly, very smart and creative like a fair Ravenclaw... Better be SLYTHERDOR RAVENPUFF!!" The Professor took the hat off and gave it a questioning look, but all it did was nod. "Miss L/N" said Dumbledore. "Since you are in various houses, you will have classes with 10 people from each house. You will also have to sleep in different dormitories every night. But unfortunately you cannot sit with your fellow students, but instead at the staff table." What?!? Well, better just play along then.. I decided to sit next to Dumbledore. He was my grandfather after all.. When the feast began, I grabbed some mashed potatoes and green beans. I've always fancied F/F (favorite food), but today was just not my day to eat it.

After eating I wanted to go to explore the Great Hall. "Albus, may I go sit with the Gryffindors? And perhaps the other tables? I promise I'll be good." " Yes, go ahead, oh and you are sleeping with in the Gryffindor dorms tonight." He replied calmly. So, I left the table and skipped to the Gryffindor table. "hiiiiiiii!!! what are y'all doin'?" I asked excitedly. A few people waved at me and continued to eat. I sat down in between Harry and Hermione. Ron was already on the other side.

Harry's POV
Y/N sat next to me?? Suddenly my face went hot and I couldn't control it. "Harry?" Someone said. I looked up and saw Y/N looking at me. "Are you blushing??" Y/N managed to say whilst laughing pretty quietly. "N-No!!" I quickly responded. I decided to look over at the Slytherin table and saw Malfoy staring right at us. Is..he jealous? To make sure, I had to test him. So, I smirked at him and turned around. Like they said, may the best man win.
Draco's POV
I saw Y/N with that filthy Potter!! She doesn't deserve that half blood!! Someone as beautiful as her should hang out with her own type!! Blood -wise,anyway..
