Fight for love

Chap 3

Miwa ran to cardcapital while trying to stop his nose from bleeding. He dreamt of wonderful things last night and he didn't want to wake up. When he did, his nose wouldn't stop bleeding and he had promised Shin to work at the shop today and now he was running late.

He arrived at the shop and ran inside and yelled that he was sorry for coming late. Misaki sat at the computer and gave him a glare. He gulped and took on his apron.

''Hey by the way Nee-chan, have Kai been here today? I thought he said he'd be here.''

Misaki nodded. ''He was but left. I think he said something about going to Ren. You have a bad habit of missing him Miwa.'' Misaki said and returned to her book.

Miwa growled at the mention of that guy's name.

That Ren...

''How did you even consider a mall being a good place for strategy talk?''

Kai looked out over the mall which had people everywhere. At the restaurants and even at the bathrooms. Ren stood beside him, smiling like he didn't undertstand the situation. Which he obviously didn't.

Ren had asked the brunette if they could meet up at his headquarters and as soon as said teen had arrived Ren took him to the mall. The meeting was planned as a date to which the brunette was oblivious to.

''Aww come one Kai~ What's wrong with going in a mall?'' Ren pouted. Kai sighed.

''I'm out of here.'' He turned around to walk away but Ren grabbed his hand.

''Come one K~a~i~ It'll be fun, I promise.'' the redhead smiled which made a tinglish feeling appear in the brunette's body.

''...Fine..''

The two teens walked into the mall, hand in hand and looked at different shops. Sometimes Ren would drag Kai and vice versa. Kai's mood had changed since arriving which Ren saw as a good sign. A smile spread on his face as Kai dragged him with him to the closest clothing shop. Dragging is maybe not the word in this moment, it's more like the brunette is gently pulling his hand as if pulling hard will separate them. The redhead doesn't mind holding hands with Kai - after all he loves him, and Kai's hand is warm and to the touch. You could say their hands are a perfect fit.

Wonder what will happen if he let go?

When they were done inside the shopping store Ren walked to the nearest toilet to try his secret experiment.

''I just need to go to the toilet. I'll be back in a moment.'' he said and let go of the teen's hand. In the corner of his eye he could see Kai reach out to his own hand but stopped afterwards and just seconds after he blushed.

When Ren left go with his hand from his own, the heat disappeared and Kai unconsiously reached after his hand but suddenly realized what he was doing and couldn't help but too blush.

''What am I doing?'' Kai whispered to himself as he looked at his hand which had automatically reacted to the coldness. Still, he found it somehow - nice, to hold hand with the redhead. Not in an unpleasant way but when they held hands he felt safe and warm to the heart. Now when that heat is gone, that feeling of safety disappeares. Just being with Ren himself makes him feel wierd!

''I'm back.'' Ren smiled as he walked over to the brunette. There it was again. That smile which makes his whole body shudder with an undescribable feeling.

Ren watched as Kai stared at his hand. He grinned as his experiment was a succes.

''Naww I didn't know you liked to hold hands Kai~'' he teased. Kai snapped and his face turned red with smooke coming out of his ears. Like an old train.

''I don't...'' Kai managed to say as he hid his face under his bangs. Ren smiled once again and offered his hand to the brunette's.

''I'm just teasing you Kai~'' he said. Kai placed his hand in Ren's and their finger interwined and they continued their adventure in the mall.

''...You idiot...'' Kai said very quietly which was missed by the redhead.

Later that evening, Ren and Kai had made their way towards the headquarters. They were now inside the training room, playing a tag fight against Tetsu and some other guy who's name the redhead always seems to forget. And it's not Kyou - if it had been that guy's name he would at least remember he had white colored hair. Or would he..? Asaka sat on the stairs nearby and glared daggers at a certain spiky haired person. Because in her opinion, he is a thief. A really big one. A love thief.

When the fight was over both Tetsu and the other guy - who's name no one knows who is still not Kyou, congratulated the two teens' on their win.

''How did you come up with such a strategy?'' Tetsu asked as the three of them and Asaka of course sat down together in the club room.

''It's a secret!'' Ren smiled. Kai just sweat dropped and pulled out his phone from his jacket. That's when he saw all the messages and calls he has missed from Miwa. That reminded him of his promise.

''I just remembered I had promised Miwa I would be at the cardshop today.'' He said bluntly.

''It's a good thing you didn't then.'' Ren said with a fake grin.

''I guess so.'' Kai stood up from his chair and stretched his arms. ''Well, I guess I have to go. See ya guys.'' Kai made for the door when Ren suddenly appeared beside him.

''I'll walk you out. That's the least I can do for you after bringing you to the mall.''

''Suit yourself.''

At the exit the two bid their farwell.

''Wait Kai before you go there's something I would want to give you...'' Ren said. Kai turned around and faced the redhead.

''What is it?''

''You have to close your eyes Kai~''

Kai just sighed but did as Ren said but nothing happened. He was about to ask what the redhead wanted to give to him when he suddenly felt something on his lips..

''ACHOO!!'' Miwa dried his nose with his sleeve as he just left the cardshop. That sneeze.. It could not have been random. He hasn't been feeling sick all day. No, It must be the sign of a bad omen. Something very terrible is about to happen and he can only guess what it is..
