Everything BUT a Dream(Discontinued)

Chapter 20

     Josh parked in my driveway. I got out of the truck, without his help this time. I reached for my keys and unlocked the front door. I turned to Josh.

     "Are you going to come inside?" I asked.

     "I guess" He answered heading to the kitchen.I shut the door behind us. I ran up the stairs to my room.

     I began packing for the competition tomorrow. I took out my plain pink dance suitcase. The suitcase had zippers on  both sides.

     I packed all of the competition essentials, along with some books in case I had time to read.

     I took in this time to think of,everything that happened. I sat down next to the suitcase, which was placed on the edge of my bed.

     What just happened?!

Okay, so

1. I punched Nick

2. I found out my best friend, wasn't

3. Nick is drug addict

4. Josh and I almost kissed

     I scrunched my nose, some things were missing.

      Kendall. Kendall is dating Josh. If they both like each other, then why did Josh want to kiss me?

     I looked up at my body sized mirror My eyes widened, there  it was.

I'm missing too, bitch.

     I stared at it , for who knows how much time.

     How? It wasn't there when I came in.

      My head quickly looked toward the window. The light blue curtains were moving, the window was opened.

     With one swift movement, I closed the window making sure to lock it.

     I breathed hard. I, choked on the air around me. Trying to catch my breath.

     Who was doing this? And why me?! How?!

     So many questions floated in my mind. Those thoughts were disturbed by a knock a the door.

     I quickly turned around, hoping it wasn't the mysterious human that was sending me these letters.

     But of course, it was Josh.

     "Yeah?" I asked, moving in front of the mirror so that he wouldn't see the note.

      Josh opened the door with his hands over his eyes, " Are you decent?"

     I responded with a simple yes, he dropped his hand and opened his eyes. "Um we have to go, its almost been two hours since we left"

     I simply nodded, he reached over to my bed zipped up my bag . He briefly pulled it along with him, and stepped out of my room.

    He turned around, " You coming?" He asked. 

     I bit my lip and quickly bounced onto my toes, slightly. My gaze turned to my mirror , the note already disappeared. I sighed. "Yea, wouldn't want to be late right?"

    He simply smiled

 I was now trapped in a car with Josh Hyland. 

Right now, someone would kill for this spot, but at this right moment I would kill to NOT be in this spot.

Why? Simply because for the first time EVER me and Josh Hyland , I; Chloe Lukasiak and Josh Hyland are having an Extremely awkward moment. By extremely, I mean like a dead ear silence, where all you hear is the cars on the large roads.
