It's been about four hours since Nick told me about Josh. Before I could respond to him our time was up.
We continued our game, quieter than before and not as fun. Ms. Abby let us go for about two hours to get our stuff .
I grabbed the car keys from my mom and headed to the parking lot.
Before I opened the car door, Nick came rushing to me. "Chloe! Wait! Let me drive you!" He said.
I don't know what crossed mind. I don't know if it was all the anger,love, and confusion bottled up inside of me. I don't know if it was for him punching me. I don't know if it was for him kissing Maddie. I don't know if it was for him telling me he didn't want me to see Josh. I don't know if It was for me falling for him.
I turned around and slapped him. "DON'T TALK TO ME!"I shouted with my voice breaking. I brought my knee up to his stomach and blew the air out of him. "Chloe wai-" I kicked him in the groin and he fell to the ground." I said, don't talk to me!!"I practically shouted. I brought my foot up to kick him, someone grabbed my arms and pulled me backwards. "LET GO OFF ME!" I shouted trying to get free.
"CHLOE CALM DOWN!" Josh yelled and pulling me farther away from Nick. Maddie was helping Nick up. " TAKE HIM! HES ALL YOURS! YOU KNOW, ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TELL ME YOU STILL LIKED HIM! I WOULDVE LEFT HIM!" I spat at Maddie. "AND BREAK MY HEART? WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR MADDIE?!"
They looked at each other, and Maddie gulped. "Yes I like him! He needed money and I gave him the money if he did what I told him to do!" Maddie confessed.
I shook my head. "MONEY FOR WHAT?" I yelled. "Maddie don't say it!" Nick said standing up and pushing her towards the ALDC. Maddie snaked under his arm, and ran towards me.
"Money for drugs"
