Rip Hunter:
He focuses all his attention on his work, trying to figure out what time they need to visit next. If he can't sleep because he is thinking about his wife and son, he will watch the hologram he has of them, over and over.

Ray Palmer:
When Ray can't sleep he goes to the room the time drive is found in, and examines how it all works, trying to figure out if he could incorporate time travel into his suit. Gideon also tries to help, but she wasn't programmed with how and why the time drive works.

Leonard Snart:
Leonard secretly enjoys baking, and when he can't sleep he makes a big cake for everyone, and leaves them on the tables on the inside of people's rooms. He is very careful not to wake them, and thankfully the table is very close to the door, so he just has to put his head and arm in the room to put it down carefully. No one knows who leaves the mysterious cakes as they all deny it, but everyone suspects Ray, Kendra, or Nate. One night, Kendra tells Gideon to wake her up when someone opens the door, and a few days later, she does. She sees that it's Leonard and tells the others the next day, and when Leonard goes into the kitchen, there's a cake waiting on the side for him, with a note that says "Thanks for the cake! Here's one from us!" He really liked the gesture, and smiles widely at the thought of them staying up to do something nice for him.
And in the corner, Amaya is hiding, using a chameleon essence, and she sees him smile. As she slowly walks away, thinking she can't be seen, Leonard looks directly at her, and smiles slightly.
"Thank you."

Mick Rory:
Mick stays up all night taking apart his gun, cleaning it, and putting it back together again.

Jefferson Jackson
Due to their psychic connection, when either half of firestorm can't sleep then neither can. They have an unspoken agreement to meet up in the cargo bay and and practice transmuting, to take their minds off whatever is worrying them.

Nate Heywood:
He turns his steel powers on and off, looking at his limbs turn to metal, just watching, thinking about his life and how, if he hadn't found the aberrations the legends had left behind and convinced Oliver to help him find them, then he never would've gotten his powers and would still be a haemophiliac who everyone worried about. He knows his life is so much better now, and he could've never imagined his life taking a turn like this.

I've been so looking forward to posting this chapter - I've had it written since I posted my last one and I was going to post next week but I just can't wait!
