She sat in the lobby, as she waited for other players. The room was almost full. She only needed one more person. Just then, Blue walked in, taking the last seat. Her eyes widened as she ran towards him. "Blue! What's up?" She grinned, hugging him. "Hey, Orange!" He happily chirped back. "You'll be playing with me?" She asked. "Yup. I hope I'm on your side!" He replied. Orange agreed. "I'm gonna go sit down, now. The games just about to start. But, yeah, maybe we will end up together!" She winked. She ran back to her seat. All the chattering from other squids soon came to an end. The doors closed and they all got up and walked towards a door. Blue gulped as he walked through. He was nervous. This was his first battle. He was level 1, versing many high-leveled players. And Orange was level 50, although he knew she wouldn't dare to attack him. "Good luck." Orange whispered to him as she passed by. She ran to catch up with her other Inkling friends. As they walked in, Marie and Callie, the announcers, waited patiently by the door. "Get ready Inklings! 3...2...1...GAME!!" Callie yelled with cheer. All the Inklings spread out and already began inking the turf. Blue frantically looked around and shot ink all over random locations. An orange inkling boy splatted Blue by surprise. Three seconds later, he respawned. "Wait...Orange?" He looked around. He now knew Orange was not on his team.
