Chapter ten: tattoo

"No no no uncle jerry she's my friend."

Finn and I walked into the tattoo shop, this guy covered in tattoos came up to us. "Hey can I help you guys?" He asked, "yeah I'm looking for jerry" Finn said. "Oh okay I'll go get him." The man said and walked away, a few minutes later a different guy walked out. "Hey Finn! What's up? Who's this young lady is she your girlfrie-" Finn cut him off. "No no no uncle jerry she's my friend, and she is getting a wolf tattoo like mine." Finn said. "He's your uncle?" I asked looking back and forth between them. Finn nodded. "So uncle jerry meet Millie." He said and I smiled a little. "Nice to meet you Millie, so where are you planning on getting your tattoo?" He asked me. "On my neck like Finn." I smiled.

We walked over to a chair, I looked over at Finn with a worried face but nodded with a reassuring smile. I sat down backwards on the chair. "Excuse me but you will need to take off your jacket." Jerry said to me, I nodded and took it off, it showed some scars on my back but I wasn't too worried. "This is going to hurt a bit." Jerry warned me. Finn was sitting in the chair next to me so I reached out and grabbed his hand for comfort. Finn was taken aback by my actions but he didn't hesitate to give my hand a gentle squeeze. I smiled at him, my stomach got butterflies, half because I'm nervous for getting a tattoo and the other half is because I'm holding Finn's hand.

I guess I got lost in thought because Jerry said that he was done, Finn and I walked over to a big mirror still hand in hand, once I realized it I immediately dropped his hand blushing a bit. "Here's another mirror so you can actually see it from behind." Finn said taking a small mirror from the counter and holding it up behind me. I smiled at it. "Do you like it?" Finn asked. I nodded. "I love it actually." I smirked. I got up close to Finn and put my hands up on his chest and whispered teasingly in his ear. "Thank you Finnie." I smirked and walked over to the counter carrying my jacket in my arms. "Thanks Jerry." I smiled at him. "Any time." He smiled back at me, I looked over at Finn who is still just standing there. "Come on Finn lets go."

Finn snapped out of his thoughts. "Bye Uncle J." He bro hugged Jerry, I just stood and watched. Soon Finn followed me out the door onto the sidewalk with our skateboards. "I'm glad you like it." Finn smiled. "Yeah me too, that would have sucked to not like it and be stuck with it." I smirked again. Finn chuckled and looked down shaking his head a bit.

"Why don't we go swimming with the pack." Finn said looking at me, "yeah that's sounds like fun, but I have to get my bathing suit from my house." I said knowing this will be a challenge. Finn nodded so we skateboarded to my house but stopped to walk the street in front of it so we wouldn't make noise, even though my dad isn't home, it's still scary. "We have to go through my window, it's on the side of the house, my dad isn't home but let's just be careful, plus my room is the cleanest part of the house." I said. Finn nodded as we walked onto the front yard. We went around the side of the house, we got to the window and climbed in. "Well welcome, it's not much but it's my room." I chuckled. "I like it." Finn smiled. I walked over to my small dresser and pulled out my bathing suit. It's just a plain black bikini. "Um go in the closet so I can change." I said and dragged him over to the closet and pushed him playfully In. "Don't you dare open that door Finn." I said sternly with a small chuckle at the end. "Mhmm." He mumbled in the pitch black space.

I quickly slipped on my bathing suit, and put a white long sleeve shirt over it, and some jean shorts. I grabbed a bag bringing more of my clothes with me because I don't know when I'll be home again. "Can I come out now?" I heard Finn ask. "Yeah." I said, Finn slowly walked out and closed the small door behind him. I looked at him, paralyzed because one of my bras were on stuck on his shoe. "What?" He asked and looked down. "I'm guessing this is yours." He said, un-clipping it from his shoe lace. He picked up the light pink bra and handed it to me. "Um sorry." I said blushing hard. "No worries, I don't really care." He chuckled a little. I quickly put it in the drawer behind me. "Well we should probably get going." I smiled trying to stop blushing and not make everything so awkward, I mean what would you do if your crush walked out with your bra? I walked over to the window and climbed out with the bag of essentials over my shoulder. Finn followed me after and we both started riding our skateboards to Caleb's house where everyone else already is.

I am still pretty embarrassed on what happened back at the house, hopefully nothing like that will happen again. At least Finn didn't care.

"Hey guys!" Finn said walking into the big house. "Sup wolfhard." Caleb said walking over to us. "And Millie." He said looking over to me. I smiled. "Guys there here!" He shouted. Soon Noah, Sadie, and Gaten walked over. "Only these guys could make it, everyone else was busy." Finn and I nodded. Sadie walked over to me and linked our arms. "So did you get your tattoo?" Sadie squealed. I nodded and turned around showing my neck. "Awesome I love it!" She said. "Me too!" Gaten and Noah said at the same time. "JINX." They both said. "JINX AGAIN!" They shouted. "ENOUGH WITH THE JINXING god." Caleb shouted, they both shut up which made me giggle. "Well Millie and I are gonna go upstairs for a second while you guys do whatever." We both walked up the stairs to Caleb's room. "The most embarrassing thing happened to me." I started. "Ooo tell me!" She said excitedly. I started explaining what happened with my bra and Finn  earlier. "Oh that sucks, at least he blew it off like it was nothing." She said while I nodded. "Sadie, Millie!Come down here!" I heard Finn shout. We both went downstairs and headed out to Calebs backyard.

We had so much fun, we ate popsicles and made jokes, overall we had a great time. "Lets go to a party." Sadie said. "Sadie we can't just go to a party." I pointed out. "Yeah like who's party would we go to?" Gaten asked taking a cigarette and putting it between his lips. "Well I Heard that Maddie Ziegler is having a party." Sadie said, "Sadie she's a senior I don't know if sophomores can go." Caleb said. "Well Sophia is good family friends with her." Sadie said. "I thought she was busy." I said more as a question. "She was key word was." Caleb said. "Alrighty then lets go." I said grabbing my towel. "So Millie and I have to get ready, so we will be heading to Calebs room, you guys do whatever." Sadie said and we walked into the house after we dried off.

"So are you gonna wear your black dress we bought?" She asked me. I nodded my head. "Of course!" Sadie and I got ready, I think she was prepared because she had her dress with her. "Okay will you do my makeup again?" I asked her, she nodded. "Come sit." She said as she pulled out a makeup bag, like I said, she definitely prepared. Sadie did my makeup, dark.. very dark. "Sadie.. don't you think this is to much?" I asked her. "Of course not! Don't you wanna impress some boys?" She giggled. She's right.. I do wanna impress a boy, Finn Wolfhard is my target.
