I walked over to Izzy and her friends. We all watched as Eric stormed towards Peter. "Can I help you?" Peter asked smugly. Eric pinned Peter against the wall. Eric was able to hold Peter to the wall with only one of his arms. Peter looked terrified. "Apparently, I didn't have to beat Peter. Eric's already doing that." I smiled. Eric finally let Peter go, after whispering something in his ear. Eric looked over at me, then he walked out of the pit. Soon after that we were instructed to head back to the dormitory.

We did as told, not wanting to anger anyone else. Once I reached my bed I laid down. I did not change or nothing. I just passed out. Around 3 am Eric came in waking everyone up. "Be at the train in 5." He said and left. Everyone slowly got up and started getting dressed. Due to me already being dressed I was able to just leave. I was one of the first initiates to be at the train.

I saw the train making its way to us in the distant. Izzy, Dean, and Richard walked up and stood next to me. Although I thought I wasn't going to make any friends. Hell, I didn't even think I wanted to, but now that I did i'm happier. The train was getting closer by the second. We were all prepared to start running. Finally the train slowed slightly and reached us. We all started running. Four was the first one to get on, then followed by Eric. I ran and grabbed the handle and hauled myself up and into the train.

People began filling up the train after that. Tris was the one of the last ones to have jumped on a little while after everyone else did. Not many people noticed, but Eric did. He made his way down to the end of the train where Tris was. I noticed he whispered something to her. Finally he nodded his head and walked away. There was a guy walking through the train handing people guns. I recieved mine. Paintball guns. "We'll be dividing into two teams to play capture the flag. Each team will have an even mix of members, Dauntless-born initiates, and transfers. One team will get off first and find a place to hide their flag. Then the second team will get off and do the same. This is Dauntless tradition, so I suggest you take it seriously."  Four explained.

"What do we get if we win?" Someone from the back shouts.

"Sounds like the kind of question someone not from Dauntless would ask. You get to win of course." Four Explains.

"Four and I will be your team captains." Eric says looking at Four. "Let's divide up transfers first, shall we?"

    "You go first." Four said.

    Eric shrugged, "Fine. Edward."

Four scans the crowd. "I want the stiff."

"Got something to prove?" Eric asked. "Or are you just picking the weak ones so if you lose, you'll have someone to blame it on?"

Four shrugged, "Something like that. Your turn."

Eric looked around for a second, "Kai." I walked over and stood by Eric. Someone from the back whistled. I felt my cheeks heat up. Eric didn't respond to it at all. They all continued to call out names. Peter was also on my team. Great. He didn't talk to me or even look at me at all. I slightly smiled to myself. Dean was also on my team, although Izzy and Richard were on Four's team.

Four's team got off first. Then a little bit later we all jumped off. We all sprinted towards some old buildings. We arrived and Eric handed me the flag. "Run and hide this at the top of this building." He said and pushed me towards the stairs. I turned and sprinted up like 8 stories. Finally at the top floor the room was round. Windows covering the walls, except that there wasn't any glass in them. I set the flag down in the middle of the room and looked out one of the windows.
