Three weeks later...

Three weeks had went by, as Kathy sat in the jail, her heart breaking, and her body physically and emotionally exhausted from the grief and pain she just went through, and now, even added more to it, she had lost Richard too. And so far, no one had came to help her. Until one day, a jailer approached Kathy's cell. "Ma'am, you're allowed to have one phone call if you like!" said the jailer. Hearing this is good news to Kathy. But the problem is, who would she call?

Then, she remembered a few people she could call. But first, she wanted to call Richard, and tell him she didn't murder her aunt. "Sir, can you at least give me two calls please?" asked Kathy. "Okay, we can do that only once and that's it!" said the Jailer, as he lead her to the phone room. Once there, she first tried to call Richard. But unfortunately, he didn't answer his phone, and so she decided to leave a message for him. After that, Kathy decided to call her friend Samantha, whom luckily is still in England on vacation.

Fortunately, Samantha answered the phone, and Kathy told her everything that went on. "Oh, Kat! I'm so sorry! What can I do to help?" asked Samantha. "Please help me get out of here! And we need to find a way that I'm not guilty of murder!" said Kathy. "I'm on my way there stacked with the bail money! And we will, Kathy, I promise you, to prove everyone you're not guilty of murder!" said Samantha. "Oh, thank you so much, Sam!" said Kathy.

After that, they ended their phone call. Two hours later, Samantha arrived with the bail money, and she bailed Kathy out of jail. "So what next, Kat? Should I take you home?" asked Samantha. "Yes, please do!" said Kathy. And so Samantha drove Kathy home. But once they arrived they, Kathy gasped in shock and horror at what she just saw. She saw a lot of men carrying things out from the house, and the majority of the items belonged to her Aunt! And very sentimental items at that.

"What in the hell is going on here?!" cried out Kathy. "I don't know! But we're about to find out!" said Samantha, as they pulled into the driveway. Samantha and Kathy both climbed out of the car. Suddenly, Kathy notices Richard sitting on the porch, and she stared at him in confusion, and wondering why he is allowing this to happen. Suddenly, a woman walked out the door, and she sits next to Richard. And it was Carol, the nurse, and the two laughed.

"Excuse me sir! Would you mind telling us what's going on here?" called out Samantha to one of the moving men. "Well it seems that the lady here has died, and her niece is being locked away somewhere! And now Miss Carol has already purchased Mrs. Meyers home. She is selling everything that's in the house, including stuff that belonged to her niece as well. Oh, and Miss Carol is getting married too. To that man over there on the porch!" said one of the moving men.

When Kathy heard this, it angered her tremendously. In fact, she wanted to go ad beat the tar out of Carol, but Samantha stopped her. " Get in the car, Kat! Something isn't right about all of this at all! And we need to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible!" said Samantha. And so they climbed back into Samantha's car, and they drove away. Later, they arrived at a local pub, and they sat down to have something to drink. Kathy broke into tears, as she sobbed uncontrollably.

Not only she had lost her own belongings, and her Aunt's belongings, she also had lost Richard has well. "How can this happen? Why is this happening to me?" sobbed Kathy. "Kathy, calm down! I told you we can get to the bottom of this!" said Samantha. All of a sudden, a woman with auburn hair approached their table. "Excuse me, are you Kathy Meyers?" asked the woman. "Yes, I am she! Who are you, may I ask?" asked Kathy.

"My name is Marisse Benkleheimer, former partner in crime to your ex boyfriend, Christopher Miles. Please don't get angry with me, but I couldn't help but overhear your conversation, and I wish to help you out!" said Marisse. "You wish to help me out?" asked Kathy in surprise. "Yes! I hear you got framed for murder!" said Marisse. "Yes, I did! By a woman named Carol, whom my Aunt had hired as a full time nurse, come to find out, she's no good at all!" said Kathy. "Actually, Kathy, her real name isn't Carol!" said Marisse, as she down across from Kathy and Samantha.
