Third Person POV

-3 YEARS LATER-

3 years has passed and everything couldn't be better. Yeonni is now 8 years old. Nina gave birth to her's and Mark's son.

They both decided to name him Yi-Hua. A simple Chinese name that Mark chose, cause he wanted his son to be just like him. Nina found the name to be amazing, and in which the 2 of them agreed on it..

Plus. It's similar to Mark's Chinese name, Yi-En.

Yeonni found out why she has 2 dads, but thankfully she was okay with it, but even happy too!

And finally, Nina accepted Yixing again, and now they are once again happily living with each other in harmony.

"Yixing. Can you get the plates set up. I need to go call my brothers." Nina called. Yixing headed to the kitchen and did what Nina told him.

"Oppa's! Where are you guys? The party is in 2 hours!!" Nina yelled though the phone. EXO signed as they told her that they were on there way the to their house.

Finally everyone has arrived to Yeonni's 8 birthday. But something was missing... Mark and Yi-Hua.

"Mom. Where's daddy Mark and Yi-Hua?" Yeonni pouted. Nina was about to say something when..

"Aigoo, stop pouting. Daddy and Yi-Hua are here now." Mark answered. Everyone cheered and welcomed Mark along with Yi-Hua who was holding onto Mark's hand.

Nina's eyes glistened when she saw Mark again. She ran into his arms and kissed his cheek. "Good to see you again!" She smiled. Nina bend't down to see her son.

"My baby boy!! Yi-Hua!!! Mommy's little baby!!" Nina kissed his face.

Everyone was having a good time. You know eating cake, joking around.

Then Mark went up to Nina and back hugged her. She didn't jump or anything. But she just embraced him even more.

"I wanna tell you something Nina.." Mark said.

A memory flashed inside Nina's head. "Is it good news or bad?" She asked in worry. Mark chuckled and shook his head.

"I'm getting married." He said. Nina gasped, turned around and hugged him. "Congratulations!!!!" She screamed. Mark smiled and thanked her.

"Who's the lucky girl?" Nina smirked. Mark blushed and rubbed his nape. "You'll find out when you see her." Nina nodded. "Fine..but hey! You better not take off that ring! Wear 2 rings!" Nina yelled.

Mark's eyes softened. "Of course. You better not take off yours either!" He warned. Nina smiled and showed off her ring finger..

It had 2 rings on it.. one was the ring Mark gave her, and one was Yixing and hers.

"You may be my second husband.. but you'll always be my first proper lover." Nina said. Mark pouted. "I don't like being second."

Nina smiled. "Your Yeonni's first father. Does that make it better?" Mark immediately smiled and nod his head like a little kid.

"I love you Mark." Nina said. "I love you too Nina."

They two of them do love each other deeply, but they now love their true lovers...

Your POV

The party ended. Everyone left. And it was just me, Yixing, and Yeonni.

I was cleaning up, while Yixing was putting Yeonni to bed.

After a good amount of time, I finally finished. Yixing came downstairs and grabbed my hand. "Nina. Let's go sit on the balcony." I smiled and nodded.

We both sat down and stared at the stunning sunset that was happening.

Yixing held my hand while the other draping over my shoulder. I smiled and leaned my head against his chest.

"Hey Nina... do you ever think things would be different if I told you about my company?" He asked. I gazed at the clouds as I wondered.

"Yes... they would." I answered. "How?"

"Well. I won't have met Mark, or had Yi-Hua. And maybe without these hardships we have been though, I don't think we would have understood each other more." I answered.

"Yixing-ah.. thank you for not signing those divorce papers." I said. He smiled and kissed my head. "No need to thank me.. I would never sign those papers in a billion years."

We talked and talked about our childhood years, middle school, and finally high school. But suddenly he Yixing said something.

"Do you still love Mark?" I signed. "Yes.. now and forever." I answered honestly. I felt Yixing tense up.

"But. I chose you over him. You need to understand that loving someone, and then suddenly hating them is very hard.. plus Mark hasn't done anything wrong. Besides. He's is getting married. He even invited us to his wedding."

"I understand. And I will accept that you love Mark. I'm just happy that you love me and you chose me. AND really? He's getting married?! To who?" I just shrugged.

"Guess we'll find out when we go."

I looked over to Yixing and saw that we was looking at the sky.. his side profile was amazing. His facial features are so perfect.

"Zhang Yixing. I love you." I whispered. Yixing adverted his gaze towards me and smiled. He slowly held my chin and pulled me towards him.

Our lips touch as electricity ran though my whole body. Our lips moved in-sync.. it was just so magical, so perfect.

"I love you more Zhang Nina." He whispered against my lips.

I rested my head on his shoulder and smiled. Everything is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing... nothing.

'Grandma was right.. it will be hard at first, but slowly you will get what you deserve, and you will be satisfied with the results.'
