Ok so I don't really have the energy to write out a story today so I'm just gunna make some headcannons. You don't have to accept them but idk I think they're cute.
-Dean is exactly 1ft taller than Seamus (this is an actual fact tho with the actors, 5 3' and 6 3') -Dean and Seamus cuddled and even gave each other pecks on the cheek before they were even dating -Harry is always completely oblivious to their relationship -Ron and Neville have a bet going on when they'd either get together or announce they're together -Hermione, Ginny, and Luna have them as their OTP -Dean likes to call Seamus his firecracker or Shay -Seamus will sit in Dean's lap if there's nowhere else (sometimes even if there is) -Dean is bi -Seamus is a closeted gay (closeted because his family is homophobic) -Dean likes to draw(AND HES GREAT AT IT) -Seamus has a moving picture of them dancing at the Yule Ball (based of the gif below)

-even Draco secretly ships them -they're like the OTP of the whole school -even teacHERS EXPECT THEM TO END UP TOGETHER -THEY LITERALLY MAKE ME CRY GUYS GOD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH KM! THEY ARE CANNON AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE! JKR WAS STRAIGHT UP GOING TO MAKE THEM CANNON BUT SHE DIDNT WANT TO DRAW ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE TRIO! Even tho it would've been SO easy to put it in. Something as simple as, "Harry watched the other couples enter the ball, [insert couple here], Dean and Seamus, [insert couple here]." Or, "Seamus roared with delight and ran to hug his boyfriend." He'll I would've even accepted Dean just pecking Seamus on the cheek in the background of a scene in any of the movies. But yeah. Even so she admitted they're cannon she just never but it in the books. And the actors that played them ship them too which is so amazing and god I love these people. Oh and when I said they make me cry I didn't mean real tears obvi. It's not like post about them on Tumblr keep me up till 5 am with legit tears streaming down my face. Hahahakillmeplshahahaha. I'm gunna go cry now.
