I'm sorry!! For the lateness I've been into school and my social life. I got a couple chapters that I should've posted. -sighs I'll try to upload twice a week.

Alexis POV

"M-Mom?" It couldn't be she was dead I saw her be killed.

"Alexandra baby I need To explain wha—" I cut her off with anger "no I thought you were dead then out of no where you appear?!"

Her eyes softened with guilt.

Storming away from my mother was the hardest of all. All I wanted to do for years was hug her and tell her I love her.

"Lex!! I just need to explain what happen" I stopped and turned to her.

"2 minutes. Go" she smiled but it faded and she started to talk.

Catherine POV

"2 minutes go" I smiled that she was gonna listen to what I had to say.

"So..."

Flashback (15 years ago)

"Lex I want you to go to your room and stay there and don't come out still in tell you" she nodded and ran to her room.

As I turned around I went to get the safe passcode.

Knock Knock

My heart skipped a beat as I saw who it was. It was to early! I panicked trying to pack.

Boom! The men broke in the house destroying everything. Lucas came towards me, grabbing my throat and tossing me.

The wind rushed out of me. He shot me in the leg with wolfsbane. "Where is the hybrid?!" I looked at him "you can kiss my ass".

He griiting his teeth and picked me up by the throat. I felt this sharp pain in my chest. He had stabbed me with a silver knife.

I looked at lex who was staring with tears. (Hide baby hide) I mind linked her.

As I said that darkness consume me.

Dark. Light. Dark. Voices

I gasp for air and as I looked around dead men everywhere.
Flashback ended

"I knew from that point I knew something was up. Your mates father saved me, and I know your confused but he and I knew you and Xavier would be mates you are his missing piece and he is yours. Your the only one that can calm his inner secret you just have to find it and destroy it before it takes over his body" She looked bewildered.

"I am a vampire and a wolf! Tell me how?!" She looked angry and I don't blame her.

"Your father's father and mother was wolf and vampire both hybrids. But your father was wolf only and I'm wolf but you must've pulled the hybrid gene cause your real and powerful you just haven't got it yet that's where Xavier comes in when he marks you and you mark him y'all will be as powerful as moon goddess which is 99.9% impossible"

Alex POV

The words that was coming out of her mouth had me confused. I was destined to be with him, we would be as powerful as moon goddess.

I was shocked bit quickly masked my emotions. "Thank you mother ummm I'll see you at the pack dinner Sunday." She looked happy then a little worried.

"Can we catch up on things with each other?" I nodded my head and left to find my mate.

"Xav?" he looked up at me from his desk. He looked so sexy in the shirt that hugged his every bicep.

"Yes babes do you need anything" I looked at him then everything just rushed back to me.

"I saw my mother today, I look just like her you know. And just looking at her makes me think why did she leave me to defend myself all those years" wetness dripped down my face.

Xavier looked at me then came over and embraced me in his warmth. "Its gonna be OK baby"

I really wanted to know if it was gonna be OK...

Walking down stairs to have the smell of greasy food was like walking into heaven.

"Martha it smells really delicious in here" she smiled and looked at me.

"All of your favorite food  just how you like it". It made me smile cause I loved that woman to death.

"Man I wished you were my mom you know. You were always there for me when others didn't"

"Oh" was a whisper but I could hear it perfectly. I turned around to see my actual birth mother standing there with a sad face.

"What's with 'oh' cause you can't feel bad at all" she looked at me like she had something on her chest but didnt speak her mind.

"I had to stay away from you sweetie I can't tell you why yet but soon I will you have to believe me when I say I always loved you and even if it isn't returned I will".....

I stared at her.

"Well your gonna tell me or leave"
