Lia's POV

What do you know? We're all having another sleepover. It's almost as if we live at Jaeden's house except we're at Sophia's house today.

Her house has a pool and she has a private screening room so that's why we're here.

Currently we're sitting in Sophia's screening room and we all can't decide on what to watch.

"Come on, guys. We need to decide. It's been twenty minutes and we still haven't agreed on one movie." Sophia wines. "She's right. How about we vote by genre first?" Wyatt suggests and we all nod in agreement.

"All in favor of romance." Wyatt says first, knowing that I'll be the only one to vote for it. I shyly raise my hand as everybody looks my way. "All in favor of comedy." Wyatt looks around the room. Of course Chosen and Jaeden are the only ones with their hands raised. "I'm running out of the popular genres here, people. Okay, who wants to watch drama?" Wyatt asks. Only Jack and I raise ours hands. "It's funny because the Grazer twins are the only ones with their hands raised," Wyatt shrugs, "who'd like to watch a horror film?" Wyatt smiles devilishly. I gulp hard on my spit. I hate horror so much! Scary movies make me so scared. I scream like crazy whenever somebody is getting killed unexpectedly.

Everybody except me is raising their hands. I feel kind of bad since I'm the only one that doesn't want to watch what everybody else is watching.

"Is Lia scared?" Finn teases. "No, I just don't want to watch something scary. I'd rather watch a comedy. Ya know.. something to laugh about." My voice gets quieter. "You can sit with me, Lia. You can squeeze my arm if you get scared." Jaeden unexpectedly says out of nowhere. "Thanks, Jaeden." I blush.

Wyatt puts on 'The Exorcist'. I hate that movie
so freaking much. It literally gives me really bad nightmares.

Jaeden sticks by my side the entire movie. He even grabs my hand at the really scary parts.

Just then, a really scary part comes on and I jump into Jaeden's lap while screaming.

"Aww, they're so cute." Jack teases me. I immediately get off of Jaeden and reposition myself so that I'm seated next to him again. "Lia and Jaeden sitting in a tree." Finn and Jack start to chant. "Stop! You guys are really immature." I pout. "K-i-s-s-i-n-g." They continue. I put my head in between my legs and try to tune them out but it's no use. Jaeden puts one hand on my back and asks me if I'm okay.

"They're just so annoying." I sigh heavily. "Just ignore them." Jaeden rests his head on my thighs.

I smile down at him and he smiles back at me. "They finally stopped." I chuckle. "That's because they realized that we don't care." Jaeden giggles. "I hate scary movies a lot." I frown. "I know you do. It's really cute that you do." Jaeden admits. "Why do you think it's cute?" I feel my cheeks start to heat up. He looks at me hard for a second and then speaks finally, "Because everything you do is cute."

THIS WAS VERY CHEESY AND CLICHE EWW! I dislike this. I ended this chapter with a very bad cliffhanger whoops. 😂
