"AGHHHHH!!!! CHASE I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.

~Rewind to morning~

I jump out of bed feeling as energized as ever. What a lovely day I could just sing a song and dan-
I look into the mirror and I swear you could see a crack starting to form. Note to self fairy tale princess's morning routines aren't realistic.

I decide to take a shower to tame my wild hair. I mean it's so bad it could also be a birds nest, OR it could be a mop. Next time my hair is like this I could clean my apartment and my hair. Wow aren't I smart? Note sarcasm.

After my brisk shower I put on a green shirt with distressed blue jeans, and I pair it with my ankle boots.

I put on waterproof mascara, and light pink tinted lip balm. After that I curl the ends of my hair. Am I a miracle worker or what? My hair is fabulous~.

I check the time. 8:00 am. I guess I'm going to be "fashionably" late.

I jog over to the dining hall and smell waffles and bacon. I get a text from Fiona to tell me that they are sitting outside. I start heading there.

When I get there I see them seated under a tree sitting on a colourful blanket (basically like a picnic).

"HEY!! ZIA WE ARE OVER HERE!" Fiona screams. I start to jog over.

"Hey, you guys want to go swimming or rock climbing or nature walking or to the park to hang around or a hike or help with the kids or just talk or do you want t-" I cut off Alexia before she talks my ears off.

"Alexia. Slow down there I can hardly understand you when you ramble. How about we go to the lake?" I suggest.

"That would be perfect." Says a familiar voice behind me. I turn around and see a certain chestnut haired, brown eyed guy, Chase, with two other guys.

One of the guys had charcoal coloured hair that was gelled back. He had brown/black eyes. And had a friendly smile. Well he seems nice.

The other guy had light brown hair that was gelled up. He had sea foam green eyes. He was wearing a smirk. Well at least one out of three look nice.

"My name is Daniel Anderson, and that over there is Joshua Black." Says the guy with chocolate coloured hair as he pointed to the light brown haired guy.

Before I could say anything Fiona spoke up,"Sure you could come with us. Meet us at the lake in half an hour. Oh and bring your swimming clothes and a towel. I'll bring some snacks and soda." I start screaming in my mind at Fiona. WHY WHY WHY?!?!?! Fionaaaaaa just WHYYYY????

~Time Skip~

I'm at the lake with Chase and no one else is around. Chase has been trying to start a conversation with me for the past 10 minutes, but I keep shooting him down.

"Zia so what university are you going to?" Chase asks.

"University of Saskatoon." I say flatly.

"Oh that's really cool. I'm going to take a year off of school before I go to university, but I might go to the University of Calgary." I guess Chase doesn't get that I didn't want to talk to him.

Stupid.

I soon see Alexia walking up with Fiona, Joshua, and Daniel.

"Sorry we are late. Fiona couldn't pick a bathing suit to wear." Alexia explained.

"Sorry, but I couldn't just pick any random one. Some people like me have to put effort into looking good. Unlike you girls, you look perfect." Fiona defended.

"That's not true! I-" Zia exclaimed before getting cut off by Joshua.

"Ladies. We are here to have fun; not have a fight over the small unimportant things like who looks better, which isn't even an argument, obviously us guys look way better." He says as he flips his 'very long and beautiful' hair over his shoulder.

We all put our towels by a tree. Daniel spots a rope swing and pulled the rest of the guys over there. The girls and I go behind a tree to remove our cover overs.

I was the last to take off my cover over. When I finished I don't see anyone. Where did everybody go? I cautiously made my way over to the rope swing.
"Hello? Is anyb-"

*SPLASH*

I was pushed into the water. I turn to see who would do such a thing and-

"AGHHHHH!!!! CHASE I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. He dashes away still laughing his head off. I immediately jump out of the water and run after him. Everyone around us are laughing at us with tears in their eyes. When I'm running I get an idea. I run back to our spot and grab a soda. I shake it vigorously and wait for Chase.

I see Chase's head in the distance so I hide behind a tree he will pass by. He walks by the tree I'm hidden behind, so I jump out and spray him with the soda.

Now Daniel, Alexia and Fiona were trying to hold back a laugh while Joshua and I had aching stomachs from laughing to hard. You could see Chase trying to hold back a smile. He spread his arms open and started walking towards me. Ooooohhhhh no! Heck no! I just jump into the lake and all the other girls follow me in. We hide under water and wait for about a minute till we have to go up for air.
I feel something rub against my leg. It must be grass or something like that.
"AHHHH!!!!!" Alexia screams.
"ALEXIA WHAT IS WRO- AHHHHH!" Fiona yelled. Oh no I'm the last to live. That means I have to get out I the lake and call for help. Or maybe the mister is full and doesn't want anymore food. Yeah that's it totally. I will survive. I'm going to li-
"AHHHHH!" I scream as loud as I can.

~Time Skip~
The we were dragged onto the shore by the boys. The girls and I just nagged at them for doing that to us. I bet if we talked any longer we would have killed their ears.
We ate lunch at the lake and talked till dinner. After dinner we decided to not go to the bonfire tonight. We also found out that our cabins are beside each other. What a coincidence, right? We just stayed up in mine and Chase's cabin playing board games, girls against guys. Girls won obviously we finished up at around 11:50 pm.

Hmm... maybe sharing a cabin with Chase isn't so bad.
