*SPLAT*
Can I go one day without being awoken by someone annoying (Chase).
"WHAT THE HECK CHASE!!! I WAS ALSEEP!!!" I scream.
"AGHHHHH" I look over and see Alexia very angry.
"WHY DID YOU GUYS WAKE US UP!?!? DON'T YOU DARE SAY FOR FUN OR ELSE YOU GUYS ARE DEAD MEAT!!" Both Alexia and myself scream. The boys just laugh until they see how serious we are. They run at the speed of light when they see us chasing after them. We go in a full circle back to the living area where we started. Once we are back in the living area Alexia and I are close enough to tackle them down. We then realize that Fiona is still asleep with pieces of pie stuck to her face. Man that girl is a deep sleeper. We just burst out laughing. When we finally sober up we just clean up and Alexia, Fiona and I go change.
I took a brisk shower and changed into a black V-neck T-shirt and some dark blue faded denim shorts. With light blue converse.

We head to the community walkways joking about. When we get there we see a huge group of teens. There was a guy with a megaphone.
"All of Group A members are welcomed to join this event. We will be playing The Hunt. This is a game of where one team is the hunters and the other team is the animals. Like a huge game of hide 'n' seek. To kill an animal you have to use your padded arrows for the animals to kill the hunters you need to tackle them down. So the teams will be decided with a draw of blue and red paper pulled out of a hat." The council member said. I got red Alexia, Joshua and Daniel got blue papers. I got a red paper so did Chase and Fiona. "All right Everyone with the red papers are animal. Everyone with blue are hunters. You have 2 hours to survive, we have leaders everywhere to know who's died and who is alive. This game is a matter of life or death. The game starts in 3......2......1 GO!" The announcer yelled.
I run off into the woods looking for a good tree. I find a nice tree to climb up. Good thing I'm wearing shorts or else that wouldn't have ended well for me. Maybe for some guys who could be underneath me. I get onto a sturdy branch I wait till someone comes near me.
*CRUNCH CRUNCH*
My first victim was right underneath me. Perfect. I tackle him to the ground. I am amazing at this.

~Time Skip~

After about an hour and a half later I was one out of two animals alive. According to one of the leaders there are only three hunters left. I start walking  towards the lake. I see a figure up ahead but u can't quite make it out who this person is. I cautiously walk to a tree and climb up. I get on a branch and start hopping from branch to branch as silently as possible. I am directly over the figure. I tackle this person down.
*THUD*
At least I had this person to cushion my fall. I open my eyes to see... Chase? Oh no he isn't even on the hunters team and how did I not see the red on him. Oh I am such an idiot. I mentally groan.
"Sorry Chase. Didn't see the red. Well at least I know who the other animal is." I say trying to make small talk.
"It's okay Princess. I don't mind it if you are falling for me. I actually don't mind the Precious Princess falling for me." Chase smirks. I can feel a little heat rise to my cheeks.
"You know the only reason I  would fall would be because of you." I sassily answer. Chase's smirk falls. At least he understood what I meant.

Then he smirks again. "Well that's not what your face is telling me." Then I remember my face is red. Oh my gosh. When I try to have a good comeback he has to remind me of my fire hydrant red face. Well at least I tried. I just simply get off of him.
*SNAP*
That's a hunter I guarantee it is. Chase must of heard it too. I find myself walking over to a nearby tree. What is with me and trees. Chase is doing he same. I think we have the same idea because he nods at me. I see two hunters heading towards us. I one of them had long black to white/silver hair. I only know one person with that hair, Alexia. The other had light brown hair. Joshua. From the looks of it. I look up and see Chase already, so I nod at him. We both pounce on them. Chase got Joshua and I got Alexia down.
"Ouch! Zia get off you are as heavy as a cow." Alexia scream/laughs at me.
"Why thank you very much." I reply while getting off of her. Chase was still sitting on top of Joshua.
"Chase I get it I at your fries your don't have to sit on me for that. I was only doing you a favour though." Joshua smirks. Chase just playfully glared at him.
Now it is only Chase and I.
*STEP STEP STEP*
We both hear it, so we stuck together like glue. We start walking slowly to a nearby tree to hide behind. Before I could take another step an arrow whipped right past me just missing me. Chase noticed this too. Another arrow came at me, this time there was less of a chance for it to miss me.
It happened so fast. Chase pushed me out of he way. The arrow barley missing him. This is my chance. I start my way up the tree beside me. I am on a branch that hangs over the path I was just on. Chase seems to have disappeared. I start hearing someone trying to be a quite as possible. I take a leap of faith.
*THUD*
"Darn it. I was so close to winning." Daniel says.
"Aww. Did I hurt the poor baby's feelings." I respond.
"As long as I am your baby." Daniel smirks.
"Smooth Daniel. Come on let's make our way back." I say.

~Time Skip~

"Ahhh!! Zia you won. YAY!" Alexia practically screamed into my ear.
"Well I am pretty competitive." I respond. Fiona and Alexia start heading back to there cabin.
Huh what an eventful day.
