Chapter Six

    Chapter Six: Girl Trouble and Hidden Cameras

"I hear you've stolen my nickname for Grayson here" Tyler said, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

"It seems like I have, doesn't it?" I responded, not bothering to move his arm off.

"Well that name is off limits, it's mine and only I can use it" he joked.

"What about Xavier?" I asked, pointing my finger at Xavier who sat across from us talking with Charlotte. Recently, those two have gotten close but that's not the point right now.

"He can use it too, because it's a thing between us best friends here. Sorry to say you can't use it, Bethy" he ended with a smirk.

"Hey that's my nickname for her" Travis interjected. He threw a tater tot at Tyler that landed under the lunch table. Travis can be very dramatic but it's something I love about him.

"Way to not be dramatic Trav" I said and popped a tater tot into my mouth.

"Yeah Trav" Tyler added. I laughed and elbowed him. He chuckled and removed his arm off my shoulders.

"Bethy, why does it feel like we haven't talked in ages?" Travis asked, sitting across from me.

"Travis, we talked this morning when you picked me up and we have fourth period together."

"Still not the same. I'm surprised you haven't arranged another sleepover" he said.

"Actually," I started.

"Oh god no" Travis complained.

I laughed and continued, "Michelle and I already planned one. Girls only though so it's your lucky day."

"What? I can't be involved?"

"Trav, you just complained."

"Yeah, but I'd still like to come y'know" he huffed and fake pouted.

"Why don't you plan on having one with the guys? The reason I'm having one is because one, there's important things the girls and I need to discuss with no males around and two, Gabby and Anthony aren't going to be home" I explained.

"Whoa no parents? Do I hear the start of a party?" Tyler asked, jumping into the conversation.

"No" I said at the same time Travis asked, "How come?"

"Well Reece is coming back home so they think that it'll be there last chance to have a date night." Reece hasn't been home in a month or so since he's been busy with his job and college.

"Hm, maybe the guys and I will make our own hangout. We just won't call it a sleepover" Travis said and I chuckled.

Suddenly two girls appeared at our table greeting us with a "Hey." I say us but really I mean Ryan. I furrowed my eyebrows at them. I've never seen them before, they're probably not seniors. One of them saw my confusion and came around the table.

"Hi Bethany" this girl with long brown hair greeted.

"Hi?" I responded which came out as a question. I have no idea who these girls are or what they are doing here. This girl saw Tyler and immediately started up a conversation with him. By conversation it's her trying to flirt and twirling a strand of her hair in her finger. I let them two converse and diverted my attention to the other girl.

This girl had shorter brown hair and looked extremely similar to the one with long hair. My mind quickly assumed they were twins judging by how similar they look. This girl though, was different I could tell. She was touching Ryan a bit too much for Michelle's liking and I noticed Charlotte was glaring at both of the random girls at our table.
