Kira POV

I was tired, very tired. I have been running for the past 3 days without stopping. My breaths became heavier as my speed gradually became slow , making my knees go weak and me falling down still panting hard. I had to get away from here, I couldn't let him or them catch me. It's time for me to go home, The only place I will be safe.

I sat down for a few minutes my back leaning against the tree. I looked around for some fruits or healthy edible leafs to regain my energy and found a bush with healthy and ripe red cherries waiting to be eaten. I crawled all the way to the bush and greedily ate as many cherries as I could. I got up and walked around and found a small pond and for the first time in three days looked at my reflection in the water. My black shorts had two rips on each side, my shoes had worn out so I was bare feet, My hair was a wild mess. my faces was barely recognizable, it was filled with scratches and bruises, my shirt's sleeves were ripped only my eyes remained normal.

I blinked at my reflection then sat down and washed my face and my feet. Then stood up anad closed my eyes and concentrated. After a few minutes when i looked into the water again I smiled, knowing it had worked. My hair was clean and smooth, my face no longer had the bruises and cuts all left was the pale smooth skin, My clothes no longer had the rips. All that was missing were shoes. I grabbed my cloak and covered my face and went back to the spot I was and grabbed as many cherries as I could. I didn't know how much time more it would take for me to reach Konoha.

Sighing i jumped on the tree and began jumping/running/flying. "there she is!! Quick catch her!!" a voice not too close but not to far either was heard shouting behind me. My eyes wide i turned around and began running faster. True i could take him out but i really didn't want to waste time that and I didn't really want bleeding ears. Espescially Dosu's right arms sound metal thingy. Orochimaru, that bastard, he had already made 21 attempts to trap me for my powers, and he nearly succeeded once, but I used a subsitiution jutsu and saved myself. I have been on the run for nine years now.

After my clan's death Ninja's from different villages tried to capture me and my twin and use us for their advantages. We both thought it was best if we seperated promising that we will see each other soon. When we were babies my mother put two identical looking necklaces around both of our necks which never came off  and glowed brightly when we are together and faintly when we are close by. If we died the necklace would die along with us and the golden necklace would turn black if either of us died. Considering it was still golden I knew my brother Kuro was alive somewhere out there. 

Back to the present all the healing I did was actually useless considering that all the running through the trees sharp branches had made various cuts all over my face and hands. Deep in my thoughts I failed to notice the branch above my head and fell down from the tree, in that second Dosu, Zaku and Kin surrounded me smirks on their faces. Shit my chakra was low and I really didn't want to waste it. I looked around scanning the area hoping for something or someone to save me. Seeing nothing I turned on my completely developed Byakugan and charged at them as they did towards me.

I hit Kin's chest and she staggered back coughing blood, her heart and liver damaged. I opened the my side pouch and threw some shuriken and kunai at Zaku at the same time kicking Dosu's face. As both staggered back I took that as my chance and began running again my chakra level dangerously low. I looked back to see only Dosu chasing me, Zaku most probably had taken Kin back to their base before she died.

I turned around and took out my katana and send chakra through it and then the katana grew blue and the cracking of thunder could be heard from it. Dosu stopping in his tracks narrowed his eyes and did the hand signs to make clones. Ten of the appeared behind me, and all of them hit their metal sound making thing at the same time making me scream and fall down. I covered my ears trying to block out that sound. I felt something wet through my ears knowing that I was bleeding. 

Suddenly the voice stopped, I looked up to see six men running after Dosu, They must have come after hearing me scream. One of them, he had white hair and his headband which had Konoha's symbol on it was covering one of his eye and a mask covered his face, he came towards me and knelt down, he had a concerned look in his eye "My name is Kakashi Hatake, what's your name kid?" I opened my mouth to reply but my vision had gone blurry and the last thing I remember before blacking out was him screaming and someone picking me up and running, hopefully to the village hospital
