"Is it her graduation now?" Eunkwang stretched out his limbs, questioning the maknae who seems busy of their very last stage for their comeback.
He shots a glance over his leader, while licking his upper lip. "Yes.", "Would you go?", "I want to- but it seems like it's prohibited for outsiders to enter.", "Ah, jinja? That's too bad. I want to congratulate her, too."
"You should be breaking rules to see your girlfriend!" Ilhoon yelled, before receiving a smack on the head from Hyunsik. "He broke all the rules, he almost broke CUBE because of that you know."
Everyone breaks out into a huge laugh, before Sungjae chuckled. "It's not my fault-", "Stop trying to finish your sentence. I'm going to slap you." Changsub pointed his fingers, poking into Sungjae's nostrils as the maknae mumbled. "You would regret if I sneezed over your finger, hyung.", "Ah, you're dirty." He takes off his hand, as Sungjae snickered. "Yah, are we performing later on?", "Yep. What time would be her schedule?", "It would be in the afternoon, I'm assume we're already free over there."
"You should prepare a surprise."
Sungjae overlooks to his hyungs. "What?"

"We're starting in a few minutes, our seniors!"
Joy yawns over her seat, looking over to the rest of the people ranked as well. At first, she feels so down that someone had her place- that she feels upset on why she ranks lower than them.
She felt a little relieved after being calmed by Sungjae. She also talked to her mother before this graduation, which made her more enthusiastic about her rank since her mother was so proud of her as well.
At this moment, she felt so happy that Wendy was the first ranker out of everyone. She didn't knew how much guilt she would feel if she haven't accepted the truth that at some point; some people might be better than her- at some point, she can be one of those better people.
She learned a lot during her school days. But she learned the most on this last year- not in academics, but in life. It was something that she needs the most on her life. She learns some things about herself, and changed for the better. Through out her school life, she was thankful.
But she was more thankful for her real mother, she would always be thankful. She might have given her away because of the accident of giving birth to her. But without her, she won't be able to see the beauty of the world- and she wouldn't grew up well with her eomma.
She looks over to Wendy, to Irene and even Seulgi. She felt so thankful to know them, but still sad that they would now be finding their own paths.
It was just a phase for them, she didn't even realized that she was already leaving.
But she felt intoxicated with the bittersweet memories they've spent all along. Those years that she thought would be torturous, boring and even stressful- she starts to miss them now. Her eyes keeps roaming around the place, as she heaved a small sigh before her eyes landed over to Wendy that keeps on mouthing her if she's fine.
She felt proud to see Wendy. She was always the friend who lacks confidence. She was always the one that never seems to trust herself in through out the everything. Joy gestured her a small thumbs up, waiting for her to exchange smiles with her.
Joy might be a person who strives for higher ranks. But when it comes to friendship versus grades, she would always settle for friendship than her pride. She would always love to see her friends achieving as much as her. She cherishes them so much.
