•Underfell Sans's POV•
"I mean it Sans! Get to your station in two or I'll dust you tonight!" Papyrus screamed from the kitchen as I swung open the door.
The bitter cold breeze of Snowdin already began to numb my hands and cheekbones even before I took a step out of the house.
I adjusted my hood over my skull one last time before giving a short farewell to my brother and slamming the door behind me without another word. As I stepped onto the front porch, I ducked my head and traveled through the streets of the small town. Happily giving glares to anyone who dared to even give me more than a glance.
It was my way off telling them to 'screw off' without a fight. I love to get into battles, don't get me wrong, just not when I am running on an hour of sleep. I would for surely be dusted right now by a weak monster with the attention span of a baby bones. As I reached my station, I silently took a seat on the uncomfortable wooden stool Papyrus gave me. It was in hopes that I wouldn't slack off as much but Heck, he could give me a stool with spikes and I would still fall into a deep sleep at my station. The only thing this cruddy stool does is give me butt aches. I shoved my hand into the pocket of my jacket and yanked out a small mustard packet.
Papyrus also banned mustard from my station even though I sell hamburgers. He says it is unhealthy and will lower my HP.
Heck, like my HP could get any lower!
I am already at one which means one blow could kill me. Of course, I could survive a little longer than most monsters can after their HP bar is empty but only a couple of seconds. I know from experience.
I tore the side top off the small packet and tilted my head back with a wide open mouth. Using my thumb and pointer finger, I squeezed the mustard onto my tongue and happily swallowed it.  I sat back and sighed with satisfaction as I threw the empty packet into the thick layer of snow that covered Snowdin.
My eyelids felt heavy.
My hours of wasted sleep was catching up to me.
A loud yawn slipped past my teeth as I placed my head on the counter of my station, Using my arms for a pillow.
"G'night." I whispered and felt sleep gradually drown me.
