The 'Task'

We walked out of the shack began walk to the city. I was nervous as this was my first task I was doing in front of my new gang. I took a deep breath as we made it to the front door.

"alright (y/n) how yah going to get in there?" Ace said, leaning on the wall looking at me, with a smirk of curiosity on his face.

"Well... I plan to pick the lock obviously." I said nervously. I have never done this type of crime before. Sure, I stole from shops but it was in day but this, this was not my usual. They huddled around me to see me picking the lock with a bobby Pin (I know so creative right.... that was sarcasm) and with a few jiggles, a snap was heard and the door was unlocked. Praising myself with just picking my first lock... and trust me it was pure luck.

"see easy." I said trying to hide my giggly because I have never done this before voice. We began walking into the store. "So... what are we in for?" I began to speak as the gang walked in closing the door.

"well since you will be living with us we decided it would be nice for you to pick nice clothing to yah know wear." Ace said putting an around my shoulder. I looked at every little detail in the store. Seeing every shelf with small toys to clothing, it almost felt like I was home. I grabbed 3 outfits that I saw fit, we began to walk to the door. When we heard keys fumbling at the door. The store owner was here to set up shop, and we were all there waiting to 'surprise' them. Snake grabbed me the waist and pulled me behind a shelf. Big Billy and little Arturo bolted outside threw the back door. Once they were out, Ace locked the back door and hid behind me and Snake.

"your new task...get usss out of here alive." Snake said quietly, I only nodded watching the owner walk in. They had to be in their mid to late 30s, they walked in with a cup of coffee, rubbing their eye. An idea sparked, grabbing the closest rubber ball and throwing it at their cup. Seeing the cup spill on them, seeing snake grab the ball as it flung back.

"Is someone here?" I heard the owner say, hearing the clink coffee cup on the counter walking in our diriction. Fear struck me as the owner got closer to us, we began to crawl in the oposite direcetion. All I could hear was my shaking breaths as we heard the owners foot steps walk up the stairs.

Finally we heard the owner up stairs, and at that moment we bolted out of the front door. While we where running we where trying to catch our breaths as headed back to the shack. Once back Ace kicked the door open while me and snaked entered panting, ace held on to the side of the door.

"Their in...No exceptions" ace said smiling standing up straight snake didn't oppose to this, which shocked everyone. All I knew was this was going to interesting and eventful but in what way I wasn't sure.

I am truly sorry this took to long to update and how short this is. I am still getting use to writing X readers and had the biggest stump in trying to make this chapter perfect. But finally my co-writer and stuck with an Idea. So until next Time
