He only found happiness when she found sadness.
After Rosalina wiped away all the fresh blood before she sat down on the bed. She rolled over slightly so she could see what Noah had left her. It was a book.
An oddly familiar book with a solid black cover with the title rubbed away. The pages of the book were damaged by water and most of the pages were dogeared. The spine of the book was all bent, probably from being read to much.
Rosalina stared at the book for awhile before throwing it back down on the bed and began to stare at the ceiling with a lack look on her face. After a few minutes she fell asleep.
"How dare you be so beautiful" A voice said softly as a cold hand caressed Rosalina's cheek. For a quick second she welcomed the cold touch because of the lack of human attention, but her eyes snapped open went Rosalina realized the touch had to be from Noah.
Rosalina's smoky charcoal eyes met their light brown colored ones that she knew all to well, but the smile on their face was unfamiliar.
It wasn't Noah.
Rosalina didn't know what scared her more. That it wasn't Noah or That it was someone who's presents screamed 'SINISTER'. She gulped loudly before pushing away from the unknown male and into the wall. Then Rosalina pushed herself off of the bed and ran to the bathroom door.
A rather loud whimper left her mouth when she saw him stand up and begin to walk her way. Quickly she tried to slam and lock the bathroom door.
Keyword - tired. Suddenly the unknown male was standing right in front of Rosalina with his right foot in between the door and the wall. Rosalina slightly panicked before she started to open and then slam the door close so he would move his foot.
The unknown male let out a soft chuckle before grabbing her hand from the door nob and pulling Rosalina's small body against his larger one. He whispered something in a different language into her ear before letting her go.
Rosalina jumped at the sound of the door opening.
Noah was back from where ever he was Rosalina though to herself as she looked around the small room. Her glance soon meeting Noah's.
