Chapter 8

Ginny Weasley was sitting in the common room alone when the latest 'gossip' of Hogwarts was running in her head, she was not at all a person who liked gossip but this was related to Professor Lupin's disappearance every now and then.
She cannot stand the fact that people like Lavender Brown (a fellow gryffindor) was spreading nonsense about her favourite professor. A very great idea came to her and she walked up towards the dorm used by Jack and Tyler. She knocked the door but got no answer, she warned before entering.
There was no one. Her eyes fell on the picture placed on Jack's night stand and the things she saw flew black into her brain.
Her body stiffened, she swallowed a thick lump that was stuck in her throat. She walked towards it and sat on his bed, she was scared as her powers were something that was not in her control, she never learned that, she was scared that all those images will come back into her brain, but then again, her curiosity was over the moon--why did that image tilted in the memory? What that meant? What happened next? It won't be a surprise if her curiosity wins, which obviously it did.  

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She slowly opened her eyes and starched her hand, but pulled back. Her fears were killing her, she took another deep breath and without thinking, she picked the picture.

The room changed into the same garden, the same house was in front of her. She followed her instincts and entered the house, the horrible scene in front of her.
It was blood everywhere, two dead bodies were on the floor.
"Looks like cutting curse.", she said to herself and looked up to find the very same image hanging on the wall. It tilted and she backed away, not knowing what to do.
Soon she heard footsteps, multiple footsteps. She saw a good build-up man holding a small boy in his arms.
"Jack.", she whispered.
The man collapsed on the floor and started crying his head off. The little boy talked to the lady and started shaking her, she didn't made any movement, tears appeared in his eyes and he started crying.
The man pulled the little boy towards him and sent a patronus to the Aurors.
"I want to see what happened!", she yelled and the scene shifted. She really didn't knew that her powers will listen to her, she was surprised.

She was in the same house, but it was cleaner and the placed was warmly welcoming her. That placed smelled like roses and warm tea. The sun was shining high.
"I will take Jack to my practice, you two can have some time together.", said the man from her previous vision, Gorton.
"You sure?", asked the lady.
"I am, Izzy.", said the man.
"I am sure Elizabeth and I will have a night to remember.", said the man with a grin.
"Ew. Tom, you are my best mate, but this is my sister you are talking about.", said Gorton.
"So sorry.", said Tom with a smirk.
"Can you believe? Jack will be seven in few months.", said Elizabeth.
"Seems like yesterday we were in Hogwarts.", said Tom.
"It does.", said Gorton.
"Now, won't you leave?", said Elizabeth.
"Geez, woman, I am going. Where is my favourite god son?", asked Gorton.
"Up in his room.", said Tom.

Gorton walked up to Jack's room. Ginny stayed behind to see what Elizabeth and Ton will do.
"You know what, Tom?", asked Elizabeth.
"What, love?", asked Tom.
"I want another baby.", said Elizabeth.
"We can make one while Jack is out.", said Tom with a sly grin.
"We can.", she smiled softly.
"WE ARE LEAVING!", said a voice from the hall.
"BYE!", yelled back Tom. 
"We have home to ourselves, lady.", Tom said and winked.
"I am hungry, Tom!", exclaimed Elizabeth.

The couple argued and ended up cooking dinner. It was nearly 7:30 when the door cracked.
"Look who is--", Tom stopped. "Who are you?"
"Give us the map!", said a calm voice. Ginny followed Elizabeth. They both stood aside of Tom, both on the either side.
"Death eaters.", said Ginny.
"Give. us. the. map!", said the masked man.
"Don't.", whispered Elizabeth to Tom who nodded.
"In your dreams.", said Tom. "The door's that way."
"Well, let's play.", said the masked man.
"Crucio.", he pointed his wand towards Elizabeth. Tom yelled in shock and ran towards her, Elizabeth yelled in pain and collapsed on the ground. Ginny covered her mouth and tears leaked from her eyes.
"She have nothing to do with it!", yelled Tom as he sat next to his wife.
"Oh, I am extremely sorry!", said the masked man. "Crucio."
Elizabeth yelled in pain again.
"Stop! Stop!!", yelled Tom.
"Give the map!
"N-n-n-o.", said Elizabeth.
"Leave her and its your.", said Tom.
Elizabeth tried to make protests but failed.
"I'll be back, don't touch her or curse her or harm her in anyway!", said Tom and the other man nodded.
Elizabeth crawled towards a wall and tried to sit. Tom came back running with a roll in his hands. The man took the roll.
"Diffindo.", said that man towards Elizabeth.
Ginny was shocked, this was cruel than crucio, using a primary level cutting curse which is used to cut things was been used on a human. Slow and painful death.
Tom shrunk on the ground and started crying, "You said you won't harm her!"
"But I did.", said the man. "Diffindo."
