Heartbreak Girl

CHAPTER 5

Hi guys,

Sorry I've been so busy with exams and christmas and everything that I forgot to update so I thought I better now.

One week later

Ara's Pov

"5 Seconds Of Summer are back in Australia after touring with one direction, it's great for them to be back"

I was sat in the kitchen waiting for my cookies to bake, listening to the radio. I never realised Ashton was so big out here, I guess I won't be seeing much of him now.

"Ariana can you help tidy up, I've asked our neighbours to come round soon for a barbecue meal"mum shouted from the living room.

"Okay mum I'll be right there"i shouted back.

I took the oven gloves and opened the oven door. I grabbed the tray of cookies and rested it on top of the stove, then took off the gloves.

"The guys are going to be doing a special concert in two weeks time for special people who are listening along right now" the radio said.

So, there giving away tickets maybe I should see what you have to do.

"Call 1834748339 to enter and we will ask you a special question that every 5sos fan should know"

I grabbed my phone off the counter and dialled the number.

All I heard was silence until a cheery voice answered.

"Hey there, what's your name?" the person said.

"Ariana" I answered.

"Okay Ariana, the special fan question is who in the band has an 'A' at the start of there name?"

This was the easiest thing for me because this name has been going around my head every minute for the last week.

"Ashton, and I'm sure about it" I answered.

I then realised that I was live on the radio and that why there was an echo.

It was silent for almost a minute when -"Ariana get in here now"

I hung up the phone and ran towards my mums voice.

I entered the living room  and my mum was stood there, hands on her hips.

"I  thought I told you to come and help tidy up, you know I'm rushed off my feet and their going to be here any second" mum said with a straight face.

As soon as she finished talking, the door bell rang.

I then realised that I had lost the chance of seeing the guys live.

I ran towards the front door where my mum was already stood, and it looked like our neighbours were here. Guess who was stood there with a woman and man around the Sam  age as my parents, a boy who happens to be Ashton.
