Chapter 6: Love in the air

     ' rainbow and cupcakes floating in the air I can't remember the last time I had such a beautiful moment. He is so sweet I can't resist to smile whenever I see him smile. He means the world to me, I would love him from here to the moon and back. I remember on valentines day, two weeks ago he expressed his feelings to me in front of the whole restaurant. He loves me unconditionally ' Jade writings in her diary.
  ' Jade come down stairs ' Mrs shouted as Jade replied
' I'll be down in a minute mum '
   Jade shouted with joy seeing her immediate Senior brother Drake.
  ' Drake I missed you ' Jade said with excitement.
  ' I missed you too Jade ' Drake said.
  ' I have a lot to tell you ' Jade said because that was her closet sibling, they always shared everything together.
   ' I have a boy friend ' Jade said as he paused and said
' WHAT!!! ' Drake exclaimed.
  ' what ?, what is so bad about it mum knows about it ' Jade replied.
  As Drake was about to make a statement, Charlotte walked in slowly with her beautiful designer green shirt, with a matching grey skinny jeans and a green high top, with a one sided pony tail.
  Drake fell in love at first sight, no words were able to come out of his mouth.
  ' hey Jade ' she said as she majestically walked in and gave Jade a hug.
  ' hi Charlotte, Charlotte this is my brother Drake, Drake this is my friend Charlotte ' Jade introduced.
  Drake stood up confidently to give Charlotte a hand shake, his hands were sweaty and shaking.
So Charlotte grabbed his hands and gave him a handshake.
  Jade went to school the next day and then saw Brandon at the cafeteria, she ran to him and gave him a big hug,
  ' hey bae ' he said
  ' hey boo ' she replied.
  ' how was school today ' he asked showing much concern.
  ' oh uhm, having a great day at school ' she answered, they were having a long and beautiful conversation when the principal called her into her office.
  ' hey Miss Lee ' said the principal.
  ' hi, to you need me ' jade asked.
  ' yeah sweetheart, what I am about to tell you would break you into a million pieces ' the principal added beating around the bush.
  ' what is it ' Jade asked feeling scared.
  ' your mum had an accident, and she couldn't make it ' the principal concluded.
   ' what ' Jade said as she ran out of the school immediately, tears dropped from her eyes, on her way, she saw the cops gathered at a spot.
  She ran to the place and saw her dad crying, she saw her little sister crying and the cops consoling them, she ran there and saw her mom dead and gone, her tears became worse.
   ' mom, mom, wake up, wake up please, you know that I can do nothing without you, mom, I have a secret to tell you, I feel like I fall in love with Brandon everyday, so please mom wake up ' she cried as her dad placed his hands on her shoulder.
  Charlotte and Brandon heard about the incident and ran there to meet her. They were both really sorry for her, later the cops took her mom's body away, so she swore to herself that she would be Phoebe's mother forever.
