I think it was the smile. That smile... That perfect smile... That smile caused me to cave in. I closed my eyes and leaned in to kiss him. It wasn't just some kiss... It was magical. I felt sparks fly! We kissed for 15 seconds. Suddenly, we were interrupted by Hayes... Hayes had found us. He was about to say something when I took him by the arms and threw him down on ground and by then we was silent with a horrified look on his face. "You two! You two are dating?!" he whispered. "Hayes! I grew up with 4 older brothers! Don't do anything stupid! And don't tell anyone about us!!"
By then, I was on top of him holding him down. Nash and Carter walked over. "What are you doing Temperance??" asked Hayes. "Uhh... Just... Showing Hayes how to defend himself. I grew up with 4 older brothers so I have some experience. And as you can see, Hayes needs some practice!" I looked up at Carter and he had a smirk on his face. "What are you smiling at?" said Hayes. "Oh just the fact that Temperance could take you down!" Carter laughed. "Oh yeah, you try! She's tough!" "Okay!" Carter accepted the challenge.
