Amara Argent is the older sister of Allison Argent and the daughter of Chris and Victoria Argent.
Her family life is a bit difficult. Her mother was given to fits of rage. Her father is over protective while she and her sister have a bit of a rebellious streak.
While Allison at first had no clue about her family's involvement with the supernatural, Amara had always been well aware of her father's secret and is a trained hunter.
Despite her father's insistence on her training when she was young, Amara never enjoyed hunting, nor did she enjoy having to lie to her beloved younger sister.
In order to escape the supernatural, after Amara graduated high school, she ran off the college in San Francisco and hasn't visited her family since.
Now, after receiving a very distressing phone call from her father telling her that her sister was in trouble, she's back to ward off whatever threat that dared to touch her family.
