Justice pov

Skateboarding? It might sound easy and cool, but trust me learn your distances before you decided to go somewhere. It was around 5:20 when I finally got there. And I was sweating more than I have ever before! "Remind me next time not to skateboard here, it's like a freaking mile from my stupid house!" I said out of breath. Danny smiled, "Let's go."  I simply nodded and we linked our arms together and slipped into the booth, sitting opposite from Ash and Pedro.

"Oh hey guys!" Pedro said. (Overprotective friend mode activate!) I wave at the guys and start to investigate Ash. He was staring at Danny, what is he trying to do intimidate her?? Hmm, what is he planning. He seems like the type to do 'Ding, dong ditch' But my investigative thoughts were interrupted. "Hey Danny, let's get some froyo." Ash grinned at her. I watched him closely.

They were getting a strawberry, mango, and some type tart swirl with some sprinkles on top, while I was getting the delicious cake batter with the finest white chocolate chips, and Pedro was getting vanilla with some Oreos. I watched their conversation from afar.

"I'll pay." Ash said. "Thanks for offering, but I got mine covered!" Danny then replied. "I wasn't asking, I asked you out, so I pay." He smirked. Hmm I'm watching you Mr. Smirk. I then intercept, "Wait, I thought this wasn't a date?" Justice I question him. "Oh-um it isn't. I mean I asked her to hang out with me and um Pedro?" He rambled. Got him! I tried to hide her laugh and failed pretty miserably. So in the end, we split the bill into us 4.

"So Justice, I like your board. It's really cool." Pedro winked. Oh heck no. I narrowed my eyes at him, "If you're trying to flirt with me, forget it. I have a boyfriend." I saw all of their jaws dropped and I almost burst out laughing. It wasn't hard to believe was it? Just because my parents dodn't allow me to date until I become  21 years old.

Danny then approaches me. "Who?" she whispered in my ear. "No one. I'm making it up." I whispered back, smirking. Pedro and I then started talking about algebra, skateboards, and other random things like that.

"So Danny, what do you think the new play? Any idea what it is?" He said staring at Danny again. (Back to overprotective friend mode) She seemed to get nervous, "Y-You know Justice used to be in drama... she even wrote a play over the summer, but the idiot quit because of robotics." Danny shrugged. "Yo, hey yo! Watch who ya callin an idiot! I may present a tough exterior, but I have a very sensitive soul!" I defended myself. They started to smiled at how I got so offended.

"Thanks for bringing that up!" I say, "I actually did make a play. It's based on this bad boy who meets this good girl and she likes him. And he turns out to like her too and he changes for the good because of her!" I gush. "Nice play. I like the storyline. I hope we do it!" Ash complimented. "Thank you!" I flipped my hair back. But don't think flattery will work on me!

"Ashten Vyrole. I don't think I've heard of or seen you I school before. Did you just transfer here?" I started my investigation. "Actually, I was here last year for a week before my parents and I had to move to Boston for my dad's job." he said. "What week?" Danny asked. "2nd week of school?" He pondered. "Oh my gosh! I came here last year on the second week of school, too!" she chirped. "You and I might have seen each other! You probably didn't recognize me because I used to had shorter hair!" He exclaimed."And you probably didn't recognize me because I didn't have glasses!" She explained.

"Pksssshhhh!" I imitated a brain explosion happening. Lot's of new info to process. Well, we chatted for the rest of the night. And by that I mean, Pedro and I since the lovebirds were stuck staring at each other. Over all, it was a fun time. I just hope I get to investigate him more! (*Insert evil face*)
