Justice pov
I woke up feeling refreshed and wait- I'm forgetting something....Oh right! I left Danny a quadrillion messages before Brian texted me! And she didn't even answer me! Oh well, I guess Brian can be distracti- Okay! School! Let's get ready for school! I did my usual morning routine and got to school fast.
I saw Danny and immediately hugged her. "Did you get home okay? I texted you like a million times. You never replied. I called you too." I started to ramble. She turned white when she checked her phone. "Ay chica, I'm sorry." She hugged me. Pssst better not happen again! "I got home fine, but I wish I could say the same about Ash." She sighed. Oh? I wonder what happened... "What happened to him?" I asked her. "Yeah. He scraped his forehead in the rain. I had to go over to his house and treat it." she responded. Wait...SHE DID WHAT?! Went to his house? Treated him? I sigh when I see Ash coming this way. "Yikes. Speak of the devil." I mumbled as Ash walked up to us with a white bandage holding a cotton ball to his scrape. "Good going, Ash! I'm proud of you!" I say sarcastically and walked away to the band room.
After another quick ring of the bell, I got to class. It went as quick as ever and landed me back into the dreaded third period. As I was about to sit down, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I quickly turn, then I saw it was Brian. "Hey Justice!" he waved. "Oh hi Brian, I didn't know you were in this class?" I replied. "Pfft, I was always in this class! Maybe you should look up from your endless doodling, dumb-dumb" He teased. I stuck my tongue at him, "Who are you calling a dumb-dumb, dumb-dumb!" I punched his arm playfully.
"Everyone get to your assigned seats please!" Mr. Mahon interrupted our chat. Brian waved a goodbye, and left to his seat. Unfortunately, it was on the other side of the room. Which would have been fine if I knew sign language. I almost go back to my doodling when I suddenly remember, it's the twenty-first century! Phones! I slap myself softly before looking around if anyone saw me. I should probably stop doing that in public. I cleverly hide my phone behind my notebook, if anyone saw me they would think I'm only doing my usual doodling.
I make a wave to him and make my hand to signal a phone, it took him a while but he got it. I tapped on his contact and started texting.

B: Hey
J: I didn't think you would actually do it!
B: Huh?
B: Do what?
J: Text in class, dummy!
B: Pfft, why?
J: I don't know Mister Goodie-Goodie, you tell me
B: For your info, I am most certainly not a 'Goodie-Goodie'!
J: Sure, you aren't

After that, not-so-boring-class, I went to my next class. And it flew by in a second. I now headed to my usual spot to pick up Dave, and went home. Today didn't particularly suck, that's a start.
