This contest will run from now until August 1st at midnight unless a genre fills up before then. (The maximum is thirty for right now)
The prequalification process consists of a scoring your stories. The top ten scores of each genre will advance to round two. After the judges are assigned to your category, YOU MUST PERMENTLY FOLLOW THEM!
No ifs, and's or buts!
The scoring for the first round will be:
(1-10) Proper use of grammar(including punctuation).
(1-10) Flow and pacing. Avoid info dumps ~ They are the devil's handiwork!!!
(1-10) Engagement factor. Did you draw us in on those first few chapters???
