We followed the sound through the house, it was confusing to say the least. It changed every couple of seconds and before we knew it it felt like it was consuming our heads. "Uh, is anyone else feeling a little, light headed?" Ben asked. The siren stopped before we could answer. The other strange, changing sound also began to quiet down too. "Yeah, this is weird, even now that the sound has stopped. The feeling hasn't changed." Sierra said shrugging. Suddenly, while we were in the living room of the house, the loud sound of clanking boots rang in our ears. "Uh guys, who's that?" Jake said scared, pointing to something in the room next to us.

There was another figure, they were breathing heavily, almost sounding like Darth Vader. They took one step forward and revealed they were wearing a hazmat suit. It was yellow and had green sludge dropping off it. We all shrieked and tried to run away, but we stopped when they tried to reassure us. "Quickly! We don't have much time! Put these suits on now!" The person said. They handed us each a clean hazmat suit, the same colour as hers. We all quickly put them on and followed the person through to another area of the house.

"I can't believe you went out there! It's dangerous! And without a suit! You people must be insane. Don't ever do that again, if I wasn't there you would die in that exact spot. My name is Tiffany by the way." They said taking off their helmet of the suit and revealing an innocent looking face with long, golden flowing hair. "Can I just ask before we continue, what the hell is going on?" I asked.

"Well, a deadly unknown and unnamed disease has spread through the entirety of America in the current year of 1924. It has killed countless people and for some unknown reason the press haven't even reported a single word of it. We are using this estate to find the cure before it spreads to other countries. I can't believe you didn't die out there." Tiffany said answering my question. "Okay, well, I guess it's enough for me to have a very light idea on what's going on." I said shrugging.

"So, what do you want us to do now?" Chris asked. "We need your help to find the cure. And we also need some test subjects to test the cure, of course." Tiffany said. "Now follow me, just in case the side affects of the cure start happening you'll be prepared." We all gulped, what kind of side affects? We walked through some new rooms of the house and stopped in what looked like a little girl's bedroom. There was a little hatch on the floor with a lock on it. "Let's go check up on our failed experiments, shall we?" Tiffany said creepily.

Tiffany pulled a key out of her pocket and unlocked the hatch. She pulled the door open and revealed a dark chute with a long ladder going all the way down it. "Well, let's go!" She said pointing down the chute. We all climbed down the ladder one by one, Chris and Sierra going first, then Bridgette and I and finally Ben and Jake with Tiffany close behind. The climb went for ages, the darkness of it making it difficult to place your foot in the right spot. "Just keep going down, we'll get to the bottom soon enough." Tiffany reassured us.

Tiffany was right, we did get to the bottom eventually. We landed in a dimly lit room that had a metal door at the end of it. "Now, we have to be decontaminated. Take off your suits." Tiffany ordered us. We did as we were told and got out of our suits and lined up at the door. Tiffany pressed a big red button next to the door, it set off a series of strange sounds and movements but eventually opened the door. We all took turns getting decontaminated, when it was my turn I walked into a small, cramped room with a small lever in the corner.

I pulled the lever as hard as I could. For the first few seconds nothing happened, I honestly thought I had broken it. But then out of nowhere I was covered in a strange liquid and then dried off by some giant fans in the walls. I was then finally given a shot in my wrist(by a robot arm) and pushed out another door and greeted by my remaining friends faces. "Uhh, that was weird." I said. Everyone nodded. "I don't know how that could've helped." Ben said like a scientist. "I don't know, it was all too fast for me to study it." Chris said.
