"Reiner you lost, you pussy! Sit out!"

Eren panted tiredly as he sat with Reiner. Wiping the sweat from his brow he steadily got up.

"Sorry Reiner." Offering a helping hand that Reiner took gladly.

"It's fine. Looks like I'll be sleeping outside... Hah.." The two trainees walked off to the side of of crowd. Both sat down next to the pair going after Raine and Bertholdt.

"You ok Reiner? It seems Eren got you pretty good." Rotating his arm Reiner looked at William.

"Yea this soldier here got me." Reiner gave a brotherly pat to Eren.

"That's nice. No quarrels between the both of you what so ever." William gave a smile as his foot kept tapping.

"Yeah...but hey where's Annie? Thought she would be right beside you?" True to his words Annie's seat next to William is empty.

"Ahh...well she said she needed to use the bathroom. Or was it to get a drink?"

"Ok but besides that...William...are you nervous?" Reiner leaned in to whisper in his friend's ear. But loud enough for Eren to hear.

"What do you mean?" Reiner indicated toward his tapping foot. "Oh that. That happens when I'm thinking or when I'm bored actually."

"So you're not afraid to go up against Annie?"

"What no. I'm not afraid I respect her skills. She's gonna be a tough one to fight after all." Reiner could only nod at the answer. Thinking again he wanted to ask him something.

"Hey-"

"Shh! Bertholdt and Raine are gonna fight."

"Don't hold back now Bertholdt. We agreed to give it our all."

"I know. So I apologize in advance should anything happen."

"Same here."

"Now. Begin!"

Raine understood in moments that Bertholdt himself was overwhelmingly tall, take down the giant.

Without a second to lose Raine ran to Bertholdt and swept down to kick his legs, the shock of attack rattled through Raine's right leg, but her hit was successful.

Quickly straddling his stomach she then pulled back her arm. Making a fist, she mouthed the word sorry.

Bertholdt managed to move his head to the side, the image of Jean's bleeding nose flashed in his head and he remembered the force behind her punches. Barely dodging the fist in time it grazed his cheek. Her fist crashed into the dirt and she clenched her teeth. He then mouthed sorry.

Quickly he grabbed her head and smashed his own with hers. A painful head butt was delivered.

Pushing her off Bertholdt scrambled to get up. The attack seems to have affected him too. Shaking his head, he stood in front of Raine and delivered a kicked to her head.

He thanked the gods for her fast reflexes. For she blocked his kicked with her bare arms but that couldn't have stopped the momentum. And for that she was sent tumbling to the side.

That's going to bruise she muttered to herself.

Recovering she took one knee and jumped forward at Bertholdt. She kicked his side hard and fast. Though Bertholdt grabbed onto her leg, tightening his grip he threw her off to the side.
